This was a boring boss fight tho, nothing difficult about it. Honestly, if someone never played a sonic game and was introduced to only a few controls and basic knowledge, they would have an easy time with this boss.

One thing I loved about Sonic Colors' bosses is the various points of attack that you can keep wailing at. For some reason, I love doing this slow kind of destruction of things. Where you can just keep attacking for a long time as the machine slowly falls apart.

it is the bossdesign reversed. this boss just takes long with nothing going on and in the forces finalboss you are just fucked if you happen to not get the wispcapsule for whatever reason because you need to boost to it
y'know, I just thought of something. The core of the Death Egg Robot (final Boss) in Sonic Forces looks an awful lot like the Nega Wisp Armor.. (with some major differences, obviously). And looking at that, I had a terrible idea.... What if Eggman had more time on his hands right before the events of Sonic Colors? Could he have built an entire Death Egg Robot fueled by the Hyper go on energy from the wisps, with the Nega Wisp Armor being its core? ( again this is all speculation, none of this has to be right, but since SEGA hasn't openly confirmed things about it, I can do this with no trouble on my hands....well except for the judgmental eyes of the fanbase, that is...)

@ElJuanCarlos229 I made the video because I was doing a full playthrough of the game and there is no logical reason to just exclude the final boss. I never said the boss sucked, I just said that it wasn't that good compared to other Sonic final bosses like Finalhazard, Dark Gaia, and even Time Eater. This could have been a normal boss fight for all we know. It didn't feel like a real final boss.

This is my favorite boss in the entire series because it actually tests you on the skills you've built up while playing the game, instead of throwing gimmicky crap at you like most all the final bosses in 3d Sonic games (Boxing? What the heck Unleashed?). It was on the easy side, but I was really satisfied with the concept of this boss. I wish Sega would keeping making final bosses like this.

I never noticed it before but it's actually nice for once that the characters aren't talking the whole time during the fight. I swear I remembered Eggman talking to you during this fight when you hit him but I guess I was wrong. Too many Sonic games have characters repeating dialogue throughout the fight, sometimes for almost every action you take.

The Wisp Armor has been and always will be my favorite boss in the sonic series. Its theme is so intense and it genuinely looks hella terrifying.
This was the best non super sonic boss ever.
I played it before and beated it in 2 minutes.

Ultimate Nega Wisp Armor pales in comparison to original. The latter got me first due to its intensity.
