I get u on the fuel. I’m from the uk and for these performance cars u need over 98 octane. If ur stuck on the road and u can only get 93 then put a little in and just cruise because once you accelerate hard you can blow up the engine
Whenever your testing oil, the car must always on a flat surface & secondly always keep your dipstick down so it don't run on the dipstick when u lean it.
Drain the oil in a big clear measuring container to see how many liters of oil was in it....or just drain it & change filter cartage & then pour new oil in & then with those empty bottles pour the old oil in & see how many bottles u get
I don't know if this helps, but, are you mixing up USA qrts with British/Imperial qrts? I believe you got your car in The USA? The British qrt/gallon is larger by volume than the US qrt/gallon. So that may be your over filling the oil.
About your extra oil. I know some of the earlier AMG cars had two oil drain plug like the E55k. One in front of the staring rack and one behind basically two oil pan. Take down the underside and check.
Identify the pulley, it's possible that it just needs a bearing you can take ti to bearings and seals and get a new one, knock it out and use a socket knock the new one in. Saved me time and money on a bmw
Jamaica octane rating system is different from US and Europe they use RON(research octane number) we use an average of 2 rating system RON and MON(motor octane number) so hence the formula RON+MON devided by 2. So our 87 is the equivalent of their 95 and our 90 their 98. the problem with our fuel is not the octane but the quality in terms of detergent and other additives. so we dont sell premium 87 Europe does(would be labeled 95 RON of course) and our so called premium 90 in most cases is still not top tier fuel. the only gas stations out here that by advertisement of their additives I could say supposedly sells top teir fuel are Texaco and Total
The average of RON and MON is AKI which is what the US uses. As for the additives, yea Texaco and Total fo sure.... I would add Rubis to it stills.....
@@InquisitiveMind876 thanks for the correction yes the US too uses anti knock index like us. Don't know about Rubis though I have never seen any information about their additives
M156 takes 9.3 Qz/8.8L of oil if you drain the oil cooler as well. Check the bottle before you start putting oil in there. Some bottles show both Qz and L, some show L, and others show Qz.
For the octane try liqui molly and as pertaining to the oil level try parking on a leveled/flat surface first before draining a little of the oil.
Fesco on Mandela sells 93 on the pump.

You need to drain the oil cooler when you doing an oil change. It takes 9 quarts

Please park on a level/flat ground and check oil before draining ❤
Typically the idler or tensioner pulley is what goes on Mercedes engines especially the larger engines plus based on the age of the car.
That look in your face when the car drops a new sound
Man just drop the bonnet😂 dat it's dat
Big up my idol
I believe Fesco on the Ferry has 93 on the pump.
Why don’t you do a video of you diagnosing the noise ? Could be idler pulley as well as the water pump.
Idle bearing could be making the noise
A few gas station sells 93 on the pump, the one on Mandela is one
The gas station at dunrobin sells 93 for 270 smth per liter
We BMW owner check our oil in the idrive
Asafa sub10cars blessing
Because u do yuh oil changes pon a bill, probably yuh nah drain the oil properly
And u cya check the oil while the engine cold
Definitely one of them
That's the tensioner
Is the black series Ceramic coated
Great 👍🏾
I don't know but I'm sure I heard rod knock on startup

Bad gasoline
90 octane is to low for that car need the 93 octane so continue using the octane boost to be on the safe side
6.3 lt engine 8.5 to 9 quarts of oul
Safa nice cars but are they generating an income yuh need to scale down. 😅
I think you are parked on an INCLINE.
The real question is: is Godzilla a Dinosaur ?
😂😂😂😂😂 safa a real drama man inno boss put on the growling effect
For 6.3 Engine oil 8,8L

Atleast for the W212
Should try boostane
Maybe it's the wwater pump
Try boostane n gi we a feed b.
Something doesn't sound right other than the tensioner let an expert listen to the engine.
The surface not level. If oil was too much it would have smoked
It's 8.5 litres
you have a bad tensioner so its wearing the belt and the plastic pully also your should be in litre not quarts
