    Concept of having 5000sft is good and huge houz, but the Kitchen is very small not at all spacious, Hall is too much big which requires so much maintenance and Bed rooms are small, No tub or sophisticated bathrooms, Instead we can go for a Villa with same size of house in same budget may be we need to go a little far from Gachibowli but i am sure we will get a better one than this. This is suitable for commercial purpose not for residential is what I believe.

      There is one villa project where the price of villa is 25cr with per sft rate 35000 to 40000. THere are many apartment projects with Rs 10,000/- per sft BASE Price and apartment size 8000+. This is not USA. It is Hyderabad. So you can expect these kind of prices and sizes. And yes builders are building and people seem to be buying.
