Welcome to the only organic hop yard in Ventura County where we grow hops for Echo Park's only microbrewery at our restaurant Sage Plant Based Bistro & Brewery. Every year at our farm, Sow a Heart, we harvest the perennial vine to sell a portion as wet hops and pelletize the rest to preserve and sell as pellets.
