How about full body exam, when the patient is not lying down but is standing or sitting, like full body in Sensory by Sophie?
a few comments about your ASMR
1) You're doing great, but could you rotate the camera sideways while adjusting and resisting?
2) for a better experience, it would be nice to also hear the sound of the material as skin
3) Are you open to new ideas because I would like to write them to you
