Before I go into climate etc, why in gods name did the one vascular dr prevent all the others from taking you on? That sounds horrible. Omg I can not believe he wouldn’t order the scan…. I can’t- or can- imagine your anxiety hearing that noise…. Anxiety over various symptoms IS devastating.
Thanks for validating that anxiety, Kat. It was terrible! That vascular doctor told my primary doctor that he doesn’t see patients with VEDS. So when I took matters into my own hands I kept hitting a wall with the receptionist/office manager, who told me multiple times he wouldn’t see me. When I asked to see one of the other doctors in the practice, she told me that doctor owned the practice and wouldn’t be allowing any of the doctors to see me. Honestly, I should have given up sooner and tried the other hospital but there aren’t many options here and I have trouble letting go sometimes 😅
