This is a dream apartment. That kitchen is everything and the counter space is top notch. The only thing I could ask for is the 500K yearly salary needed to rent this place. Another great video.

If you can see the trains at the Penn Station yard, now, it means that your view will be that of huge glass wall right next door pretty soon. Those yards are going to be built over in the next phase of the development. Forget thos great river views all the way to the GW bridge.

The closet perfect size to hold toilet paper! And probably small cars. The bathtub is perfect size for swimming pool for you! Another Super find. If you can find someone with that much money a month in this economy. But it's really nice to have a large range of Apartments to show from the one that looked like it was a basement with no kitchen it makes you a very good person to show Apartments! This apartment is absolutely beautiful!!!! I’m a huge fan of the kitchen. I love to cook so I need space to maneuver. I’m sure someone will snatch this place up super fast.

This is a very very nice apartment! I love the amenities if that building. The apartment looks so nice. You are right about the kitchen with re rap around counter. It is nice with the extra counter space opposite of where the dinning room table would be. Nice!! You could put food there to pick up or to have for a party. Many ideas for that space. The kitchen island is very yo have the same items for a party. You will have to find some nice bar chairs for that. Great wine frog as well. The master suite is beautiful. Yes, a king size bed will fit in that room. The bath room is great. I like the washing/dryer machines also!!! The second bedroom is nice. I think a queen size bed will be nice with as you said a desk and chair there is good. The bathroom is good there also. A great building with awesome views!!!! Location, location, location!!! Thank you again for a great tour.

Every time I see one of these videos, I imagine how it would be to live MY lifestyle in that place. Gardening, sewing, knitting, cooking from scratch. Filling the place with quality, but old fashioned, plain simple furniture. Whether modern and fancy like this one or tiny and plain, I would live my lifestyle, not the style that's intended for that place. Those floor to ceiling windows would be a great place for some indoor gardens. Tomatoes anyone?

I had to chuckle when you said you’d never fill up those cabinets. I have at least 4 times as many cabinets, plus a pantry...all overflowing. Never underestimate the hoarding tendencies of people who love to cook. We have every cooking gadget known to mankind. When I remodeled my kitchen I even had a special cabinet built to hold my cooking stoneware so they don’t have to be stacked.

idk why, but apartments like this, especially in a building like this to me always feels like a hotel which i don’t like. i’d rather prefer a small 1 room apt with exposed brick, a shady hallway and a regular key on the 2nd floor. it’s a cool apt, i would take it if someone gave it to me for free but i would never pay for it.
I think it’s the modern way of making a glass tower. Definitely not “classic”

np ly This seems like the kind of place for an Executive-one that the employers picked out and it is included in their benefits package. I have to agree that if I had this kind of money I wouldn’t choose such a modern high rise. It is beautiful but it has this very temporary feeling.
These listings are insane to my modest brain and career. I would love to see some of the people who are renting out these apts and what the heck they do for a living. That should be your next channel .

i had the privilege of going to new york last summer with my schools theatre troupe and the vessel had just been built so it was packed and we weren’t able to go on it but we did go to the shops and on the high line park. it was amazing.

Beautiful apartment and really nice sky deck - although because it's open could you properly use it in the winter? As nice as it is I much prefer that $4,800 apartment at the W that you showed because, to me, the view is much much nicer with the corner windows that looked into FiDi, One World Trade and North to Midtown. Could better justify the price of this if the view was South facing but facing North just isn't as distinctive here. Great video as per usual!

Cash,,,,this is really beautiful luxury...personally not a fan of black cabinets but I would survive,,,lol...just can not imagine renting at this price but see that corporate or well to do want luxury and this is not.that over the top feeling that some places high in the sky have that just are ridiculous.....just very very nice luxury...O love the island and way it sets and way kitchen has that display and serving L..and the outside common quarters..wow...thank you.

This apartment, is abso-freaking-amazing. Similar to one we saw not long ago, the bedroom with the fantastic floor to ceiling windows as well. It's beautiful. I'd agree the dining table on the wall next to the buffet, and then lay a Persian carpet down to delineate the living room . There are many ways you could set up the main living space to fit everything in. really nice. I'd kill for even ONE of those closets, in the space I live in now. (read: not enough closet space at all).

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunningly beautiful part of the city. I'm sure these rent quickly, but the price tag of $150K/year plus parking for the Porsche plus other building fees, it's just mind boggling. Except for the view, my newly-built bungalow (with fireplace) and two-car garage gives this place a run for its money....but, again, I'm in a small city without all that NYC has to offer (we have other things to do that we love and no snow 😎😉), and I'm nowhere near the yearly price tag amount. Again, Cash, you presented the apartment with style. It's always fun to tag along for the adventure.

Well it's certainly luxe. PROS: new, clean, spacious, lots of living and closet space. My favorite kind of open kitchen, although agree with the other commenter who pointed out the appliances are poorly placed. I personally like when there's a slide-in range in the island; or I'd take a sink in the island - but that always ends up looking kind of messy if one is actually using it for anything. CONS: I have to say though that the sterile could-be-anywhere vibe is not my favorite either. This was a fun tour!

Umm, it only goes 2 ways so it’s up to you I’d say you’d have fun going both directions but I’d say head south cause when you get off there is more to do

This pushes every right button possible. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this space. I'd take the smaller bedroom just because that window is recessed a bit. Put a recycliner or a wicker chaise lounge there facing the river view and just enjoy. I can't imagine what anyone could find wrong with any of this. Except the fact that most of us would never be able to afford it. That's fine. I'll still be decorating it all day in my mind. Lol.

You can see everything, and they can see everything too, Full disclosure. I have seen other apts smaller, less amenities more expensive. This is a great deal if below the 12th floor, garage space, private balcony, indoor dry cleaners... included. Location may not be too hot.

Very nice. Nicer than the other Hudson Yard place you videoed. I mainly like for the views...I don't really like the neighborhood. I like Battery Park...Union Square, lower Manhattan. This just looks too shiny for me. But haha can not afford anyway. Always fun to watch your videos during the pandemic.
