I really enjoyed your video. I grew up close to Etosha. Just a comment on your video clip. When you rewind the video where you captured the herd of Giraffe [to13.37], you will find that in the background [righthand corner, there are two Giraffe bulls fighting [smashing their necks against each other]. This is seldom observed, thus, also very special.

On another note - if ever your vehicle should break down in a game reserve/park stay with your vehicle - someone will always stop to help or they will contact the nearest camp and the game wardens will come to help. Don’t drive with a flat tire as you will damage the tyre and/or the rim 😀 Safe travels!

Nice video. I have been to Kruger Park and lions are a bit easier to spot there. I hope you feel better soon. I have had malaria in the Peruvian rain forest. It manifests itself a lot like a bad flu, but the recognizable features are the fever attacks in precisely 24-hour intervals.
We were on a three weeks trip to SA 2022, we had a wonderful time there while there we did safari in Kruger National Park luckily we got to see the big five. Stay healthy guys. 😊

When available, I always purchase Ivermectin and take with us , we both had the Wuhan in Mexico, and after a few days of taking it, we were much better ! It should be ready available in Africa, we tried to get some in Greece 😅😅😅 they say "that's only for animals " 😂😂😂 ...always buy extra when you can !

I think you made a nice choice in visiting namibia. If you ever get a chance please consider and see if you would like to visit Seychelles in the future. Even prince william and kate did their honeymoon there. Seems like a very pretty, but expensive vacation spot.

Please get medicine - ask the lodge manager or tour guides to get you meds for a sore throat or cold. Eat fresh ginger for your throat or get gingerbread (cooldrink). Will be good if you could make black rooibostea with lemon, ginger and honey ... most lodges do have these ingredients

Hey guys, been following you for the last 2-3 years now. I’m from Cape Town South Africa and just wanted to suggest that you guys stick to the tourist parts, forget about townships (shanty towns) like so many TH-camrs and foreigners seem to want to do…it’s not worth it. I lived in Rio and you cannot compare that experience as what a gringo experiences when visiting favelas such as Rocinha, Vidigal, Santa Marta or Mangueira. Also…consider a day trip or overnight stay in Sun City Resort when you in Johannesburg. Enjoy South Africa, hope you get to see the best of what my country has to offer. Hope you guys to experience my home town cidade do Cabo

Having watched this episode, I am now convinced that the MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE PARK in KENYA has the BEST SAFARI ON THE PLANET.
Certainly in terms of number of animals but take note that Masai Maara is small park of 1,500 square kilometres while Namibia's Etosha national park is the largest park in africa at 22000 square kilometres almost the size of Rwanda which is 26000 square kilometres.
@@mzerk9324 Agreed. Way more animals especially the Big 5. Even the safari experience is better in terms of lodges, hot air balloons over the park etc. And the sunrise and sunset shots are simply ridiculous!

Well you chose one of the most expensive game parks in Africa .By now you are in Cape Town hope you have time to see the amazing things SA has to offer just a few Addo elephant park near PE Drakensberg in KZN the Wild Coast in the old Transkei to name but a few.Be careful at night and don’t walk around with expensive cameras and your wife should be careful with her Apple products that said I travelled all over SA and never had a problem and on several occasions I found myself in places where I was the only white person.Every South African I met showed me great kindness when I could of course I repaid them.Hope you also go to Zim to see the falls.

Great video. The White Rhino is called that because of the "wide" mouth. Way back there was a misunderstanding by the English when the Dutch/Afrikaans farmers were trying to explain that it had a wide mouth. The way it is said sounded like"white" to the English. So the name stuck.
Can confirm its the 'wyd rhino'. Also about rhino. Do think twice about showing videos where the rhino have intact horns, the poachers like to know where they are. This can be an emotive subject.
