ingredients:-
1 kg mutton
.800 gm basmati rice
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp desi ghee
.100-150 gm curd
1 spoon red chilli powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon cumin powder
1 spoon garam masala powder
whole spices
3 onion
6-8 green chilli
3 tomatoes
chop coriander
chop mint
1 spoon kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
