55+ communities are for people whose kids have grown up, and they don't want to deal with other people's kids.
That part sounds appealing, but the downside is that you'd probably end up with a lot of retired neighbors who have nothing better to do than to stick their noses in your business.

I watch/listen to a lot of comedy and I'm pretty judgemental. I listen while I'm working and I let YT's algorithm choose for me but if it's not great from the start I go to the next one. So anyways I get a lot of new comedians and a lot of famous ones, since I'm working and not watching the screen I didn't know if you were famous but I assumed you were. Don't worry you definitely will be. How long it takes depends on who's aware of your existence so just make sure the right people catch your act. Send for example this show to EVERYONE don't just wait for it to happen. You really are an A list act. In fact I'm going to see what else you have out there right now instead of letting autoplay pick. Everything about your presentation is f$#%ing hilarious. May the world be your playground.

Try Dry Bar Comedy. This channel does have some good comedians, but it's a bit hit and miss on whether or not they're going to do something like go on about their failed sex life for the entire set.
