Another HUGE issue that really irks me is that at the start of some rounds, your fighter will walk out the corner REALLY slowly and you’ll be stuck walking slow for like 5 or 6 seconds, which then allows your opponent to corner you at the start of every round.
Plus they had so many beta testers that threw towels. I have lots of them from beta testers. They need to rehire beta testers that don't care about their precious records.
I don’t understand as a boxing fan his you don’t see currently this game is just rock em sock em robots due to defensive mechanics simply not working you can’t even fight on the inside and get your head off the center line to set up pull counters it’s insane imagine a game plagued with spam punches when the simple fix is just reworking the pose the fighter does in the weave and give us 100 percent full range of motion and you could easily body spam punchers
Great Vid... you've pointed out some some valid point without all the yelling and crying. These things definitely need to be addressed along with others, youre absolutely correct great defensive fighters should be rewarded for making their opponents miss.

Nope the slip is broken and so is defense in general. Blocking rarely works and dodging is useless. It's better to move around and pick where to fight and just try and be as unpredictable as possible that way. Smdh.

Hey Pryoxis. I discovered your channel a few days ago, and it was an immediate sub for me. Just to let you know that I love watching these 'breakdown' and 'analysis' videos, like the one you just posted. Speaking of any action combat game, from Dark Souls to Tekken, most people would just sit down and play the game. Very few would actually take their time to break it down and test it out, and see what constitutes as a hit VS what constitutes as a miss/block. So feel free to do more of these, if you like.
I agree man, @ 10:47 when you talk about tracking I found that even in beta it was bad. For example, I have tried loads of times to use my left stick in push forward to duck down and then land an uppercut on the way back up but if the opponent is just throwing a basic jab or straight right then his shots just follow you down and interrupt the uppercut anyway. I noticed in your other video where you hunting down the Wilder fighter and the part where you just freeze whilst holding block etc, that's happened to me quite a lot in online fights.
You're not aiming your block. Undisputed needs a Community Manager that can explain things to the community that they currently don't understand and are asking for. Physics wise, at 3:20 of this video, Wilder's arching punch is in perfect trajectory to easily punch through and around Tyson's guard. If Tyson was slightly more adjusted in his range and he wasn't leaned all the way over, the block would be lined up with the punch and it would consume more of the punch itself. Positioning is so important in this game, everyone is essentially fighting in straight lines, stood in front of power punches and then complaining about them landing (this is separate to a desyncronization issue). Steel City I would advise you focus on block strenghth and "perfect blocks" this is something Fight Night had which rewarded catching punches with well timed blocks (essentially parries or slap-aways). I don't mind Wilder staying exactly how he is right now, same power, same ability to break the guard easier than others etc, just give me more tools to punish him severely for missing.
Excellent observation. Those were my thoughts exactly, as I was watching the video. I think the collisions (hit boxes) are fine, and that the game actually has some issues with how the state machines are being implemented at this moment. Usually in action games, when there is a block input coming from the person playing, the state machine switches from Idle to Block immediately, even though on screen there will be a smooth transition going from the Idle pose to the Block pose, just to make things look more natural and less robotic & stiff. Such transitions usually last for half a second, but under the hood, the transitions happen instantly, because in state machine, the player's block state is either 1 or 0. Btw, what are your thoughts on the overall speed of the attacks in Undisputed? Do you think that the game would be much better if the attacks were about 15% slower, and if they had a bit of a telegraph to them? I am not talking Dark Souls level of telegraphing, but just a tiny bit, to make the fighting feel more intuitive. From the Undisputed videos that I keep seeing, people are mostly guessing and anticipating. Which is fine in real life. But in a video game, there is a half a second to a full second delay between our brains and the hands holding the controller.
Not disagreeing with your assessment of what was in the video. I can assure, aiming your blocking and position is still not consist. The tracking is terrible. Some time my opponent will swing and I’ll literally be on the other side of the ring and get hit.
THEY NEED TO FIX THAT "PHILLY L". THE MAGNETISM IN CLOSE RANGE. ALLOW HEAD MOVEMENT WHILE LOW BLOCKING... REGULAR PUNCHES NEED TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE. A MECHANIC THAT CAN DETECT A CARELESS SPAMMER... AND SEVERLY PUNISH THEIR STAMINA.
Wilder is supposed to be dangerous every second of every minute of every round. Only thing they need to be nerfing with him is his stamina and the ability to throw rapid fire overhands with no real consequence outside of the occasional stun or KD when getting countered. His power is supposed to be OP, his power is supposed to be out of this world, that's what made him what he is.
They need to fix the "frozen" glitch. When leaning back and blocking, if you get hit, even if you block it, you get frozen still sometimes. You can't move for like 3 seconds at all.
Another thing about the block: is there a point where block health goes down so low that your character is physically unable to block any shots? That's a rediculous mechanic as well honestly. Given how they changed the combo system to "free flowing" and how fast you can throw power shots consecutively, the block should be more effective and resilient. People always knock fight night about how effective that block system was. FN had an auto block feature (which worked very well with their counter punching mechanics imo). This game does not. If you're skilled, you're going to be landing shots whether the block is strong or not because the player is going to have to anticipate whether the opponent throws their shots high or low AND also have to look for countering opportunities of his own to land his own shots (leaving him open in turn to be countered in turn) to win rounds. Its hard to block already as it is (try fighting wilder at undisputed difficulty) given the speed and allowing of the throwing of consecutive punches (with the same hand for example) and the natural capability of the boxer to throw punches up and down. Why make it worse by taking control away from the player (punches bleeding the block so easily and block health being depleted so quickly)? YES, man I been saying that about the countering and slip mechanics of this game since day 1. You cannot slip punches effectively, you cannot block punches consistently, and you can't even duck under hooks effectively. They need to change using left stick clicking mechanism for "slips" (its not really a basic boxing slip) and incorporate head movement (allowing slips) into their lean modifier as well. The left stick click feels super clunky, alongside the fact that they changed step backs and sidestepping to single flicks of the left stick and the sensitivity of how boxer movement was programmed to the left stick, it just feels like you can't control the boxer %100 like you would want to alot of the time. For example, its hard to set your feet at the precise distance you want to get off your counter shots or you just want to back up a little bit but your boxer ends up jumping back. Sometimes, the "slip" doesn't come out right and your boxer ends up sidestepping, jumping back, or your controller doesn't register the input at all. I hardly see anyone using the left stick click to evade punches, probably for the reason I mention here. Some "counter punches" in the game aren't appropriate real life boxing counters in real life as well. That's why the game feels like rockemsockem robots at times and why these newbs are finding success in the game through button mashing and power punch spamming, because there aren't any effective methods to counter that BS consistently. People talk shit about FNC and yes there were some exploits on that game, but there were always counters to the strategies of cheesers in that game. It took skill to find an effective "cheesing" strategy to work on players at the highest level. To be fair, I think they addressed many of the exploits that were in the early access version and the game did get better, but it needs to continue getting better. I support Steel Cities efforts though, it probably isn't easy and I also want this game to get better so I could actually get online and climb some ladders. I hear alot of people complaining about cosmetic issues about the game or just flatout in delusion about the games flaws. NO, fix the boxing mechanics. Thumbs up on your assessment.
I agree with all that💯💯 Imho I think the ratings play a BIG part of success in this game (which it should)….Most stats aren’t very accurate….Canelo having better movement speed, agility & hand speed that SRL, Bud Crawford & Caleb Plant, to name a few, is ridiculous….And the accuracy rating is for MOVING TARGETS in the stat description….And Wilder has a 89 in that category with high hand speed to go along with the power….Wilder does not attempt nor throw combinations at a decent speed like that….I’ve created GGG & Errol Spence & gave them swarmer archetypes with lower agility & hand speed….Anything less than 80 feels like I’m using a Joy Joyce type fighter, which 95% of the characters have 80+ hand speed & agilty💯💯 I wish we could edit the stats & traits to see how the base roster fighters are accurately portrayed….Lower hand speed & agility makes a HUGE difference, which forces you to look for openings & pick your shots💯💯 Most HWs on the game move & punches like WWs & below, which is unrealistic (outside of Ali & maybe Usyk/Fury irl)💯💯
My block feels like those fake martial art videos where people just get lit up lool if they just made some of this stuff interruptible it wouldnt be as painful
I agree especially when fighting wilder they need to scrap that little stun animation when u put ur hand up like ur blind u can be full health and that happens that’s a huge issue prox
@@martialmentality957I don't think they should remove the stun animation so much, just reduce the duration by 2/3 and only have the current stun duration when you have less than half of your body/head health or you are rocked
Honestly the fucking arrogance of this company to think they can keep letting my opponent decide when i get to keep my wins but i will still be here in December is a level of arrogance that needs to be studied
You perfectly described 2 of the 3 severe problems there are with the game mechanics. The one you didn't mention is the often times the awfully slow movement at the beginning of the rounds and basicly being magneted inside the pocket when you get inside of it. There is the 4th one though and it's about the AI. The input reading that it does, combined with the 3 problems before mentioned, just make the game unplayable. I don't even blame SCI for releasing the game since the people were preasurring them to do so way too hard and they just gave the people what they wanted, now they're crying over it. The game is good for turning your brain off and having fun with friends but as a boxing game, it needs a LOT more fixing and adding.
I don't know why SCI can't drop a hot fix to resolve all of these issues. How they feel they could get away with releasing an unfinished, sub par product is legit disgusting.
at this point the new fight night will be out before we get the game that was promised all those years ago , early access was a better game , I really feel sorry for anyone who's paid full price
The worst thing I hate is getting hit by a ghost punch and then stand there like a statue for 5-10 seconds. They need to fix that ASAP. You cannot do anything while frozen leaving you opened to the power punch spammer’s.
Thanks for your work bro. I got banged out by someone spamming power punches with Joe Joyce I was using prime Ali… he threw over 150 power shots this ain’t even boxing lol 😂
I haven’t played online yet but I definitely can tell that power punches are op, the judges score based off power punches. You can’t use head movement for defense at all. You basically have land more punches and more power shots than your opponent to actually win. Which is disappointing to me. I like to box not brawl for rounds and rounds
Thanks for this video Pry ... Hopefully SCI watch it and really understand the pain we're going through. in every combat game I've played, I've always Focused on being a counter fighter that makes my opponent miss which in turn sacrifices their stamina so that i can demolish them in the later rounds, but with the way the game is now ... just like you demonstrated in this video, you cant be successful with that fighting style because the tools to do that style just isnt there .ONLY LEAN BACK !! PLEASE SCI LISTEN TO THIS MAN!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO CATER FOR THE CASUALS THEN MAKE A UNLIMITED STAMINA MODE FOR THEM AND A SIM MODE FOR THE REAL BOXING FANS !!!!
Great video . Showcasing literally all the problems apart from the no loss quit for obvious reasons. I feel like the head movement its to short. It's OK leaning back but left right and foward it's not enough .. I think if they removed the ls3 click to move the head and give us all that range on l2 to move the head be much much better . Also the punches should track where the head was when the punch was thrown not where the head its going if that makes sense. Even half second before that will make possible to slip out of punches. Also whats happening with roy iones? I tried him last night and I'm never gona use him again let's leave it there ..😅
The slip is better used as a head feint as the timing is too slow to actually slip punches. And who sets a feint to a d pad? The feint is useless because who even knows to use it.
@freddygee3558 it wasn't the game bro. It was me. This game has a deep learning curve. Pick one fighter, and learn how to use him the way he's meant to be used. Look at his stats so that you know how to use each fighter. If you use a fighter playing the way that you play, meaning you style that you use with everyone, you will never get how this game works. Some things you have to either look up, of fight the AI on the hardest level, and imitate the AI. Fight to learn at first, not to win or you'll just get mad.
@@dwanrobinson Nahhh I watch boxing fam & I’m familiar with majority, if not, all of the fighters….I got more of out boxer, mid range style….Trying to improve my inside fighting & cutting off the ring….I try not to spam with the spammers….And still learning how all the mechanics work & how should I maneuver around the ring….IMHO, most of the stats are not accurately portraying the fighters either💯💯 Canelo having more hand speed, movement speed, stamina & agility than SRL, Bud, Caleb Plant, Shawn Porter, etc IS CRAZY💯💯The slip mechanic is not natural because it’s clicking L3 in the middle of an exchange, when imo it should be double tapping LT….Hell I probably play the tutorial & the AI to build muscle memory than playing online lol…
@freddygee3558 I don't play online yet because I still haven't learned everything and it takes muscle memory for certain things I still haven't gotten used to because of fight night. Like the blocking high and low being L1. I fn it's tied to weaving to guard the body in fn is L2. L1 is for haymakers so the change is crazy. The slip I use in the middle of a combo.
I've been using Canelo '11 with his 92 defense and experiencing the same disappointing thing. It's not like Fight Night Champion's reflexive block where the block strength refreshes. That kills the walk down dynamics until I get familiar if there's a way to still do it. It's one block move, punch etc. Of course you should mix it up but maybe they should make the blocking like FNC.
Allow you to actually do the training in Career mode, have more interaction with current boxers during career mode. Career mode is just fighting, you also can’t parry, you easily split the guard with a jab.
The original early release you could play defense and stamina manage. Now defense and stamina is not in the game . Yet this was supposed to be a sim release smh
As far as head movement, tracking is too strong. In every other aspect, it’s too weak. Dude standing directly in front of you, steps like an inch to the side, it’s a whiff. Interruptions are waaaayyyy to inconsistent one match, way to common in the next. I honestly doubt this ever becomes a good game. Tbh.
I enjoy playing it but you are 100% right. Head movement to the side or ducking is so bad. Forces me to play on the outside due to not being able to slip and evade in close. Can’t effectively pressure. Also it’s crazy that you got someone with a perfect two piece but if they wound up an overhand is gonna come out just as fast with no hit stun or damage drop off. 2 months till this is fixed as well. They might not even fix the glaring issues on that patch so it could be 4 or 5? Game will be a ghost town
At this point I would be happy if I could fight online without it taking a full second to show what punches were landing. Random sweat just flies with the audio of a punch but we aren’t even close to eachother😂
Why is my guy so slow of foot when I wobble my opponent? It's like I'm labouring, unable to corner him. Why does he defend/block 90% of my punches in stunned state? And then, when I do get the knockdown, after 3+ stunned states, why does he get up at the 5 mark of the ten count like he hasn't been hurt once in the fight? Why does the punch tracking suck so much? Could it be that your guy will miss wide open shots because the game decides in advance if you hit or miss?? My punches literally go through the opponent's head multiple times a fight. Too many punches going through my guard at full health. And does dodging even work against the AI? It feels clunky and unrewarding. And my lord, the delay on certain punches and the time delay for CPU counter shots is ridiculous! I'll punch, he'll take a step back, a step forward, throw a jab and get the counter on a funky animation sequence lmao This game has so much potential but it's really, really infuriating that they sold us this half-baked bs.
I been watching you fo a few days since the game release on console and your just like me when coming out to figure out the game at its core to actually have an advantage and beat the spammers with no skill
Pry in your last video you mentioned that the company should’ve released a beta before releasing this game. We practically paid them for a beta at this point since an update will come in December. I wouldn’t be surprised if other companies get into this pattern with releasing a “final” game then end up taking months to add changes. You have a company who spent $20 million dollars to make this game and I speculate that it’s much less than that.
Instead of clicking L3 to slip, you should be able to double tap LT to slip….I think that’s a better fix & more natural….Or at least click LT if a punch is coming to slip….
I get hit with ghost punches in career mode 😂 The announcer says the exact same thing at the beginning of every round, every single knockdown has a he exact same get up pattern, there’s MAYBE 15 usable fighters across like 7 weight classes. Most are repeat fighters, they legit just put guys like mungia at 147 just to add fighters when he’s never fought at that weight. Body punches look like they’re being thrown under water. It’s wild that people this game was even released.
Some people are stronger, some faster and some weaker and slower. I just want the actual fighter’s attributes to line up with who they are. Canelo being super fast is a cheat
the only explanation for wilders power punches being OP like that is if he has a perk where power punches take less stamina other than that its STILL OP and needs taking down a notch lol
I think they tried to implement a way so that if the hand can hit the head it might land regardless if they’re blocking I think if u stood at a certain angle u could block it more effectively, I might b wrong tho but notice I almost never block it close up
3:08 Yeah in my humble opinion if Wilder cost him 1/3 of his total stamina per power punch and head movement will work properly virtually no one would have a problem with Wilder and power punches in general doing so much damage
When your blows hits you feel like a semi truck and when you get hit you feel like a 98y old GrandMa ! If they really do nothing at all until December the game in a very bad place. Peace
Haven’t seen anyone talk about this yet or maybe it’s just me idk but also when you throw hooks or uppers and get hit mid throw, you punches get cancelled out or the momentum of the swing stops. It’s so frustrating , anyone else have this issue?
The biggest issue with wilder that people don’t really pay attention to is the badge system in this stupid game. Not only having a 97 power he has the powerhouse2 perk that ups the damage on power punches by 30%. Insane stupid designs.
The reason he Puts his hand up to block the punch.. BKUZ U SUPPOSED TO REACT AND LEAN.. ITS AN ANTICIPATing the punch GIVING THE PLAYER TIME TO REACT..
Not sure if this has happened to yall but also I’m still getting hit by ghosts from a foot away of my opponent whenever I try and take a step back , another issue is when you rock your opponent from say head damage and I get hit in the body I get dropped from 2 or 3 of those shots , it’s fucking frustrating..
I miss the old headmovement wave,i hope bring back very usefull ,Its playable on pc early access but now its feel headmovement not use so we always cover the the head using glove not waving, the issue was the stamina of head always feeling knocking out all rounds start round 1 🤦
The thing is like you said, u on the outside looking in. I understand all the people who are not happy but I will give them guys a chance as an independent they have shown they listen to the community How many companies rush an update and something else goes wrong? So if 90% of the update have no problems for a 2month wait I ain't mad at that. Again outside looking in we don't know what they going through so and I can give 2months if they get 90-95% of the update right. I'm not here to say what u saying doesn't need to be said cause u on point. Just hope they putting in da work fr9m now til then to get it right.
Okay man great video bro ,now does this happen with every and any boxers who are in the ring or only with wilder and fury. Have you tried wilder vs any other heavyweight and see if you get the same reults or you used fury for a specific reason
I think it’s passed the point of help, it’s been in development for what seems close to a decade, if they can’t get it right in that time then how tf they gonna fix things in a few weeks.
i’d say this is partial to the fact that deontay wilder is all in all just a power punch , a swinger so i don’t see the problem as this is how id expect wilder to hit
My biggest issue is i literally counter punch a dude like 9 times per round and he just throws haymakers missing and after 6 rounds scorecards it says I landed like 5 counters and he landed 6 Wtf .. that’s a huge error
Slips out and Punch in.. Is the correct Physics of boxing.. YOU RIGHT THE TRACKING IS MAGNIFICENT BUT OVERPOWERED MSKING THE TIMING OF THE SYNC IS WRONG.. the punch compared to the slip.. is a more OF timing ISSUE and is no room to do it IF THE OPPONENT IF TOO ACCURATE.. it basically makes the slip mechanic USELESS
I enjoy the game but it needs a lot of work ima outside fighter everytime I fight a swarmer in career mode you just get stuck when I try to use my jab to keep them at bay distance on the game is terrible too
Lean blocking isn't as effective as conventional blocking, how is leaning and blocking with just one arm going to stop bleed through on repeated power punches? Of course you're going to get clipped if you stand there like a heavy bag like that and gamble with one arm and if the game is anything near realistic, that's exactly what should happen! You shouldn't be using lean blocking to avoid power punches, in fact, you shouldn't be planted there just letting Wilder swing at you like that at all, full stop. Not being funny, but I think a lot of the player base complaining, just don't understand the fundamentals of boxing. Your head leaning demonstration on the jabs wasn't working because you were literally leaning right into the jab! You have to know what direction to lean in to avoid the side the jab is coming from, you can't just randomly lean and expect to slip every hit! It almost feels like you expect to spam lean and it just work. No, boxing is about timing and I presume people who play this game want to see true skill rewarded for all the complaining. In saying that, it is still widely accepted that Wilder is overpowered in this game, Steel City have acknowledged that themselves and are going to try to fix it, although December seems an unnecessarily long way away. It isn't Wilder's power punching that's the problem, it's the lack of stamina cost for repeatedly spamming as you illustrate. The other annoyance is the fact that his all round boxing game is a little too accurate also, besides those punches (which he isn't in real life) and the fact there is the intermittent freezing issue where a player can't move. Removing the clinch has compounded that issue too, so you are forced to always have to run away to recover head damage, but sometimes you just can't back off. The good news is that these things are very fixable and at its core there's still a good boxing game here to work from, but I just can't help but think the game is still missing so much after all this development time.
I think I'm already done with the game I won the titles on career mode on featherweight. Trying to do it again on another character but it seems like the character I made gains weight too fast every time I advance week I just got fed up with it because I was wasting half of my training sessions on dietary and it seems like none of the created characters you create can keep weight at all.
Im not sure if anyone else is bothered by this, but the rating system is terrible to me. Its different than any other sports game in how they do thr stats and the overalls. Bam Rodgriuez being an 84 is criminal.
Another HUGE issue that really irks me is that at the start of some rounds, your fighter will walk out the corner REALLY slowly and you’ll be stuck walking slow for like 5 or 6 seconds, which then allows your opponent to corner you at the start of every round.
Ridiculous but true
Yeah if u press a button they snap out of it but ridiculous it made it in so dumb
I thought that only happened to me using Crawford.
Shit damn near happen everytime I get someone buzzed but when I get buzzed they be sprinting to me like how sway
PRESS LOOSE FOOTWORK BEGINNING OF EVERY ROUND… IT WORKS
There is a stickiness when fighters are close together, when you try to back out of range it feels like you are stuck

Excellent observation. Those were my thoughts exactly, as I was watching the video. Not disagreeing with your assessment of what was in the video. I can assure, aiming your blocking and position is still not consist. The tracking is terrible. Some time my opponent will swing and I’ll literally be on the other side of the ring and get hit.
@@jamesneal8573 That's de-sync.
Not only have we seen people gas in 1 round, we’ve seen WILDER HIMSELF gas in 1 round
Great breakdown. Detailed demonstrations like this are much appreciated.
Well will never forgive or forget the betrayal of Steal City Interactive. lol
Thank you, Wilder is like that in real life! The only time he got gassed was when he gained 20+ pounds to fight fat Fury.
They need to fix the "frozen" glitch. When leaning back and blocking, if you get hit, even if you block it, you get frozen still sometimes. You can't move for like 3 seconds at all.
Agreed💯💯
The pushing is so broken it’s ridiculous because it keeps me off from the shitty targeting system they can push me from 5 feet away
They need to take note from fight night but they not.
@@bokc_nonpopularsalt1011 let’s hope for the best boss
Thank god you made head movment a big point in this video. Shit drives me nuts that i cant slip anything!!!
Waiting for Overhand Interactive to hopefully release something good.
Lol
Ik you got knocked down at least 3 times lol
SCI better get them refunds ready Sony said once they get enough complaints it will push Sony to make SCI issue refunds…
I’ve refunded now
Can’t be asked to beta test a game that won’t be updated until 2025.
If they do good updates, I’ll buy it again 2025 🤷♂️
Basically until the update come in December you just have to stay out the way of punches period.
I believe it also depends on spacing. If blocked a bit further back the punch shouldn’t go over the block
Right, it’s so stupid because it’s useless….Can’t even attempt at mid range without getting tagged with a power shot or a ghost punch 💯💯
Bro the robbery of rounds in career mode is insane.
I notice that too when you don’t move the blocking is a lot better
Bro you did an amazing job bro on this video
The biggest issue is losing out wins when you school these spammers because they close out the game.
The accuracy is heat seeking with them punches with the suspect blocking makes fighting in the pocket futile.
Winning fights and losing XP is another bug that needs to be fixed.
9:52 hell man not even the Fight Night Champion tracking was that strong
The slips , is the first problem I noticed when playing this, and I was losing my mind
Tbh.
Enjoyed the Video I Suspected that head movement didn't work
They definitely need to reset everyone's records.
It's totally illegitimate with this broken gameplay
Yo guys we paid $60+ to contribute to the boxer licenses… this is a $15-20 game without them.
Somebody said something that made sense this is based on real life while every other boxing game is arcade keep that in mind
I'll punch, he'll take a step back, a step forward, throw a jab and get the counter on a funky animation sequence lmao
This game has so much potential but it's really, really infuriating that they sold us this half-baked bs.
Great video to get the point across
They need to add more boxers to the game like Daniel Dubois
Instead of clicking L3 to slip, you should be able to double tap LT to slip….I think that’s a better fix & more natural….Or at least click LT if a punch is coming to slip….
I get hit with ghost punches in career mode 😂
The announcer says the exact same thing at the beginning of every round, every single knockdown has a he exact same get up pattern, there’s MAYBE 15 usable fighters across like 7 weight classes. Most are repeat fighters, they legit just put guys like mungia at 147 just to add fighters when he’s never fought at that weight. Body punches look like they’re being thrown under water. It’s wild that people this game was even released.
The only fix is to refund our money and wait for fight night
In a year or two we will have a new fight night game, I’ll just wait until then
Some people are stronger, some faster and some weaker and slower. I just want the actual fighter’s attributes to line up with who they are. Canelo being super fast is a cheat
the only explanation for wilders power punches being OP like that is if he has a perk where power punches take less stamina other than that its STILL OP and needs taking down a notch lol
I think they tried to implement a way so that if the hand can hit the head it might land regardless if they’re blocking I think if u stood at a certain angle u could block it more effectively, I might b wrong tho but notice I almost never block it close up
Same with dodging angles r a big part which isn’t bad but needs tweaking for sure
AI be spamming the slip
3:08 Yeah in my humble opinion if Wilder cost him 1/3 of his total stamina per power punch and head movement will work properly virtually no one would have a problem with Wilder and power punches in general doing so much damage
It’s a game it has to be a coin toss when stuff works and doesn’t work
This guy so chill
When your blows hits you feel like a semi truck and when you get hit you feel like a 98y old GrandMa ! If they really do nothing at all until December the game in a very bad place.
Peace
Haven’t seen anyone talk about this yet or maybe it’s just me idk but also when you throw hooks or uppers and get hit mid throw, you punches get cancelled out or the momentum of the swing stops. It’s so frustrating , anyone else have this issue?
do those slip moves work better on the boxers that have that bonus in their traits?
The biggest issue with wilder that people don’t really pay attention to is the badge system in this stupid game. Not only having a 97 power he has the powerhouse2 perk that ups the damage on power punches by 30%. Insane stupid designs.
The reason he Puts his hand up to block the punch.. BKUZ U SUPPOSED TO REACT AND LEAN.. ITS AN ANTICIPATing the punch GIVING THE PLAYER TIME TO REACT..
This a gem
Differently, head movements don't work I agree
Not sure if this has happened to yall but also I’m still getting hit by ghosts from a foot away of my opponent whenever I try and take a step back , another issue is when you rock your opponent from say head damage and I get hit in the body I get dropped from 2 or 3 of those shots , it’s fucking frustrating..
the defensive mechanics + using someone like caleb plant online got me sitting here not blinking my eyes 💀
They need to have a control similar to fighting night since people been playing it so long
I miss the old headmovement wave,i hope bring back very usefull ,Its playable on pc early access but now its feel headmovement not use so we always cover the the head using glove not waving, the issue was the stamina of head always feeling knocking out all rounds start round 1 🤦
evasion frames are needed!
Wilder does this to ANYONE. I tested vs Fury because he has the highest blocking stat

Appreciate the clarification buddy. Have a great day and look forward to your next video.
FORGOT TO MENTION QUITTING SHOULD BE PUNISHED BY LOSS 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
I think it’s passed the point of help, it’s been in development for what seems close to a decade, if they can’t get it right in that time then how tf they gonna fix things in a few weeks.
My boy had a flightreacts moment in the intro 😭
i’d say this is partial to the fact that deontay wilder is all in all just a power punch , a swinger so i don’t see the problem as this is how id expect wilder to hit
I see all of this happening career mode I tried to use a slip in the AI still catches me because of bad tracking.
My biggest issue is i literally counter punch a dude like 9 times per round and he just throws haymakers missing and after 6 rounds scorecards it says I landed like 5 counters and he landed 6
Wtf .. that’s a huge error
This game will never be better than fight night champion
The ghost punches is dumb , he ain’t even get to him cs I hit him with cross but now I’m stunned like what
Slips out and Punch in..
Played career mode on ps5 and every opponent was coming in sideways it was throwing me off haven’t played since
I enjoy the game but it needs a lot of work ima outside fighter everytime I fight a swarmer in career mode you just get stuck when I try to use my jab to keep them at bay distance on the game is terrible too
Lean blocking isn't as effective as conventional blocking, how is leaning and blocking with just one arm going to stop bleed through on repeated power punches?
Usyk or Larry is king in heavyweight ….once patch drops
Usyk or Larry? What game you playing?
I think there are too many problems to fix
So pry are u done with undisputed or you gon keep posting
I think I'm already done with the game I won the titles on career mode on featherweight. Trying to do it again on another character but it seems like the character I made gains weight too fast every time I advance week I just got fed up with it because I was wasting half of my training sessions on dietary and it seems like none of the created characters you create can keep weight at all.
Im not sure if anyone else is bothered by this, but the rating system is terrible to me. Its different than any other sports game in how they do thr stats and the overalls. Bam Rodgriuez being an 84 is criminal.
I wish guys like you worked for them
