    Would love to see an NA build focused on getting the most power out of the car while still remaining a DD. Definitely would be interested in seeing a Final Drive install and review.

    A final drive swap would be very interesting, I've been thinking of changing mine for some time but i'd really like some more info and an install video too.

    Add the Mtech clutch spring and the whiteline front gear mount bushing for a more optimal experience.

    When pointing out the first 10 millimeter nut on the driver's side and passenger side, it will be nice if you zoom in from a farther distance. It will make the video a little better. Same goes for the other nuts and screws that needs to be take out. To me location of the parts that we need to take apart are very important. Overall the video is awesome.

    Maybe try a different type of turbo setup like a P-Tunning turbo kit which changes the placement of the conventional front mount turbo kit and puts it towards the bottom of the engine. which can Help dissipate heat soak. everyone wants to go force induction for the twins but nobody really experiments with the placements of the turbos everyone wants a front mount or a supercharged but we all know we still have one common problem, our common enemy in the Battle of forced induction is heat soak. I propose a setup like this can help and be beneficial for everyone that wants wants A force inducted daily driver without the big downside of overheating.

    I know it’s a broad question but what’s your opinion on buying a “salvaged title” BRZ from a dealer? And any tips if decided to buy? Seeing you guys bought a damaged one
    Thank you in advance🙏🏾

    If the project goes with a forced induction set up how much psi would be adequate for a daily driver.? 3 to 4 psi at most? With mostly stock parts. We cant all afford the idea (to go for broke) or (go big or go home) approach.

    • @FTspeed
      @FTspeed  9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Louis Bosch 8psi is typical stock block power levels. We have a turbo kit coming with that specs and it makes 280WHP reliably on the stock motor.

    Thinking about getting this.. What's everyone that uses it think of it, Is it worth the buy?

    • @FTspeed
      @FTspeed  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      For mostly street driving this shifter is a significant upgrade. But if you take your car to the track or autocross it, you may want to look at the new IRP shifter --> th-cam.com/video/gI7ozf-3Tfg/w-d-xo.html

    • @Franke609

      FT86SpeedFactory thanks well I daily my car drive it to and from work every day. I saw that new IRP short shifter looks awesome but probably to much for a daily.

      my question too, man.

    • @Loudest_Cricket_
      @Loudest_Cricket_ 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      18ft/lbs of torque is the recommended torque rating for this short throw shifter kit.
      Not only does he say it in the video, but I have it in my '13 FR-S.

    • @fogito21
      @fogito21 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      there are torque wrenches, you set what ever amount of torque you want to apply to the bolt and when it reaches that weight it will click or somehow let you know

    "Here are some simple mods you can do at home!"
    >raises car 6 feet off the ground
    >drops driveshaft
    >gets into hard to reach spaces, which without large mechanic shop grade car lift would be unreachable
    >removes large part of interior
