Well this was fun. Growing up in the 60's there are lots of memories of Twinkies, sno balls and cup cakes. It is often said nothing is better than fresh made. Not always true. Although my family trait of being diabetic has prevented me from having these delicious sweet treats, you can't take away my memories of them.
Hostess is such a great brand of food. Not only is it the best, way better than Little Debbie, but they have kept the product consistent and affordable. I may not be able to afford bakery products in this economy but I can always afford Hostess products - they are usual better than the bakery product anyway.
Not as good as they were when I was younger. I think they have gone downhill after they went belly up and were then resurrected by Bimbo (sp?). Used to really like a messy SuzyQ and a Twinkie.
