Lasted 12 minutes! Ian RAGED!
Unfortunately the servo gave out before we were able to properly test the Team Corally Kronos XTR but considering the amount bent/ broken it wasn't a great show! Chassis was also bend! However the Arrma pivot balls have solved the hub problem !

I made the mistake of buying the Kronos when it first came out. CoRalley cars are complete garbage. The center diff exploded on the very first jump. Ironically the wing simply snapped of as well.

Ive never tried an XTR, but my normal XP Kronos holds up quite well, aside from the pivot ball issue

@@ClairesRCs I put a new set of corally balls on mine, along with brand new hubs and I’ve been fine for a month or so now.

@@ClairesRCs not especially true as I have the Team Corally Radix6. not a basher but it beats the 6s Typhon out the box and smoother also. and I have the 3s and 6s Typhon so i have hands on comparison enjoy all!!

I love my kronos I have the v1 ive yet to have a issue with it. Far from a fan boy but it seems to be holding up great thus far my typhon not so much I put the rear diff gears out on it but to be fair its a 3s chassis with the 6s blx system in it with the slipper locked lol but I love it none the less.
Yeah several people are saying the V1 is good 🤷♀️ we haven’t really run our typhon properly to comment on that one. Either way, we had expensive fun 😂

I think they should have stuck to getting the RTR stuff right before trying to bring out an extreme basher version. The buggies do fine.
Longer screws is us best friend for chassi braces. I mean it was expected to fall to bits XD. Was expecting it to explode

at the end compare the price of team corally and arma plus uprgrades You need to add to arma to be so tought .... and how kraton chassy bends easy and corraly not both 7075 aluminium, plus how many hits and abuse its took from Ians hand, not hating just adding points of view that have some clue in comparison,and no pivot balls pop out, have great day stay positive at the end of the day is all about having great fun
Chassis is bent, as we suspected 3mm is not enough! From our point of view, Ian drives how he drives, none of our other trucks behave this way 🤷♀️ as you say though, we had a ball 🙂 pretty sure to make it an extreme basher it will be on par with the cost of ARRMA upgrades. That is something we are not prepared to do with this truck, from the feedback we are getting and the other videos we have seen it’s not worthy of our money like the arrmas were 👍🏼

Start with something cheaper like a team associated MT10! Hop on a live stream and you will soon learn! Honestly it will be the best thing you ever do!
@@ClairesRCs I've started with wltoys, remo hobbies, hbx, rgt and pinebox Hill. Not quite able to afford the bigger names yet. Maybe In a couple of years.
You guys have a typhon mine keeps steering to the left but not all the time some times it will be as straight as a arrow of time it will pull to the left any ideas what it could be ive stripped it all done but can't work it out if be grateful for any advice love watching you guys keep it up 👍
All of our arrmas do that! Ian still hasn’t worked it out 😂 let us know if you find the problem 👍🏼

I am glad I didn't get corally and went with Traxxas, none are perfect but corally seems to be little weak. I think ebx Arrma is the way to go, but it's like 1300$ to get that goin
The xtr was actually only £60 cheaper than the exb! Massive mistake on our part... you live and learn!

All things considered, watching both of these channels, I don't think it did that bad really. I own Arrma and TC and like them both. I do know that you guys torture these things haha. I enjoy watching your videos
It lasted better than we thought yes 🙂 but this was only 12 minutes of bashing 🤷♀️ considering the amount of damages we conclude it would be better for the track

I’ve been thinking about going with a Corally for a few months now. They have that 185 amp 6S esc which sounds good idk how it performs
Electrics yes! Cars no! PLEASE don’t! It’s not just us that has issues, people are unable to sell second hand cars now. They messed up!
@@ClairesRCs thanks for the heads up. I mostly run Arrma, Losi, and a couple ZD racing and of course WLTOYS. I’ve just been eyeing that 185 amp esc for my Typhon.

@@TheBigToe69 pretty sure a max 8 is a 150 or 160 amp 6S esc not 185 but I’m not sure. I’d have to look it up to see but either way if the price is right why not give it a try
@@jimmyv1753 There’s been numerous threads and discussions on the Torox185 vs HW Max8, and it’s definitely a rebranded HW Max8. As for the 185 amps well I highly doubt it gets there considering that’s Max5 levels of power. It’s probably labeled Torox185 to compete and compare with the Arrma Blx185, which is a 150 amp Esc. Regardless, the Torox185 is definitely a good Esc for sure.

I bought the Phantom play with it for about 10 minutes broke it has been sitting every sense can’t get parts

What is the "phantom"? Such model doesn't exist. And in Europe you can get TC parts easily. Getting hold of arrma parts in Europe on the other hand is an utter catastrophe.

It had a nut and bolt for the skid plate in a place your couldn’t get to. What you didn’t see was this took him about 10 minutes! 🤣

Nope. It did 1/2 a lap of the track and broke another shock shaft! No stock until October 😕 seems to be a real weak spot!
@@ClairesRCs Oh that's not Arrma tough. Try some ZD racing 1/10 shocks, they work well. Mine Vorteks still holding up like a champ, no such issues.

@@ClairesRCs haha yeah sometimes breakages are easily missed if it seems to drive ok still Corally just don’t make for good bashers many have had the same issues they are just not durable enough maybe one day they will get one that can take a lot of abuse then you don’t mind breakages as much.
