    Thank you Adyashanti
I love watching you speak, I learn a lot from just watching you.
I was battling a deep depression in May and June and I felt like I could not escape what seemed like a deep dark pit.
It was like there was no way out. At the time, I didn't think that I had a chance.
I started reaching out to my recovery community and my therapist and I got a mentor eventually and started doing service.
I kept going, one foot in front of the other....I don't know what is going to happen but I know that I have a community and I am not alone. As a recovering addict, I am learning that service, community and the dharma will always all be factors in my awakening and sobriety.
Sending love and light to all beings in every direction

Very wise insight! Much appreciated. I was thinking the other day that it is very wild to be alive in general. The diversity of form is so beautiful. So much love from nature which is constantly supporting our livelihood.

the day when a video like this goes viral is the day when the human heart opens beyond the mind. . . . (but then it wouldn't (need to) go viral)

but still would, not because of likes or view or subscribers but merely because we're all here to learn from each other we don't stop after an awakening, we merely begin to fully learn and listen to each other. (I was watching a master class for piano and the student seemed clearly not happy with the master's comments, but after I've watched that for several times I realised that the maestro was perfectly right and that the student and myself and most people don't truly listen, even more so with those who try soo hard to be open minded and listen and almost shout in your face " I'm listening" . Seems even more difficult in that scenario ^^ , so learning itself would be so much easier and efortless if we'd step out of the way of it but just being out of the way, hardly means things will learn themselves for us haha so yeah, you'd still watch these videos I suppose. .)

What a beautiful reminder.. I needed this more than ever today. I wish for nothing but peace and understanding to all of you here, may we all radically accept that which cannot be controlled and maintain course with a capacity for humility and patience.

Now is only in our basic state. Everything else is time and dimensions. Our spirit is "immutable" of course because technically it doesn't exist. our "psyche" however is nothing but mutability because it only exists in relation and relation requires "other" and "percepts," therefore "time" and the "rest."

Unknowable might work better. If you say "open yourself to the unknowable" it automatically implies that you must become "unknown to yourself" to know the unknowable. Hell I don't know! 🤣😘

if people could find their physical blind-spot, then it might instruct them on what their psychological blind spot in the spirit is like..

That which arises must perish. The temporal can never realize the eternal. only through giving up completely and totally can you even approximate the absolute. And the absolute truly doesn't care what you do or anybody does. we are truly the absolute, and we truly come here to have limited experiences. we can't divorce ourselves from our nature, but we can have a limited experience of a limited nature. That being said, the limited construct will never become the eternal... Yer fect mate! 🤣❤️
