    *2010*
    I show this video to a friend;
"They claim that this will all exist by 2014"
"It will exist even before 2014"
    "How are you so sure?"
"Just look at how technology is rapidly improving recently, at least some of those things will already be a norm in 2014"
    *2017*
    I am so disappointed..

this is impossible, unless you are stretching this thing like rubber, then you would be creating matter out of thin air.

I've said before that the stretchable phone is coolest, I didn't know the tech already exists. There's soft and thin LED screens that can be rolled out, thus enabling "stretching". Definite game changer.

The touch screen stretching can't be to far off. We now have flexible displays and can adapt most things to touch. There already is an interactive mirror. Also the sharing from phone to phone by sliding is not far out there. Galaxy's and other devices can bump another and beam things to each other.

@MrShayneOneill When i see all these future predications I like to pop out one of my fav quotes, "The fact that you can visualize a future in your imagination is not evidence that it is likely or even possible. Look at domed cities, jet-pack commuting, underwater cities, mile-high buildings, and nuclear-powered automobiles - all staples of futuristic fantasies when I was a child that have never arrived. Sheer processing power is not a pixie dust that magically solves all your problems."

i think we need to actively use touch and motion based (kinect-ish) input during normal tasks. it should just work together with the mouse and keyboard, and not be a requirement. we definitely have the tech, but it has to be implented. hopefully windows 8 will use touch in a good way, and since microsoft owns the kinect, i don't see why they shouldn't use it for normal computing as well.

I really really really want to know how to make like that by after effects....
The video will seem like that he using the display what is really working. The problem is when I combine the video I don't know how to make it spontaneously. Especially the display ( it should be seem like working really in final video but not in real when I record it) with fingers. I don't know how to do it
Somebody know that? Please advice me what I use in after effects

just need to refine the present.

The stretchable screen is awesome, but mostly because an object that grows no thinner as it grows wider and taller is physically impossible and looks exactly like what it would require: creating matter from nothing.

    1. OLED
    2. Most likely just a type of "speed dial" design
    3. Not likely. Ads are here to stay forever
    4. It's a concept, maybe Apple will love their design and pick them up.

I write my most important text, such as resume's, letters, ideas & articles ON PAPER, first. It's actually faster & I like the look of scribbles, corrections etc. Then I type it all in when it looks good & I'm happy with it. Spellcheckers are a hit/miss affair especially if the program is American and I'm using UK English. I also do the same with artwork and design (which is my job). Paper first and then also finalise it digitally. It's also quicker that way.
