I have a 5" Reliable cloth cutter. The sharpener goes down slowly and rises slowly. Seems like somethings not right. Any tips?

Check your pulley #602C1-7 at times it might have oils or grease which makes your mechanism sharpen slowly!!!! Use a sharpening belt, to clean it out while you are sharpening the machine use caution….
