Just a pointer: Pregnancy vitamins don't have to be expensive. There are cheaper options that work just as good. Like ferrous sulphate, folic acid and eating healthy food. Preg Omega plus is just one for those who CAN AFFORD IT NOT A MUST.

The cost of vitamins is a lot taking into account pregnancy is 40 weeks and that is something we cannot shy away from. I mentioned in the video there are a variety to choose from it obviously depends on affordability and I don't remember telling anyone to take preg omega's.
