@@KatieAllison77since the lot doesn't belong to either the original lease holder or the sublease holder, you would definitely have to talk to the owners at ITH since the lot belongs to them.

Thank you for the video. I agree with the others that the sage green and wood floors are pretty, as is the countertop. I have a question. How long have folks been living in the Prairie portion now? It just looks so bare and depressing. Are there plans to continue developing it somehow?
The Prairie opened in 2020 or 2021, I think. (The Forest opened first, then the Prairie) As for improvements - there have been many promised amenities like community center, etc. If/ when they'll be up - ask RJ.

Yes BUT....What if you need to sell your deposit spot in line on a $25K special RJO???? The expense of arbitration for the $5K deposit seems a waste. Maybe they could consider instead of a refund as we are after three days, a $4500 block of stock(less the $500 handling fee)?
I wanna know is why all these houses are coming up for sale some of them have been lived in some of them have not I mean it’s questioning my situation. Yes if I had the money I would take it to Harvey but I’m homeless right now and I’m on a fixed income and half of my income goes out the door every month and gas food and have my phone bill and all those nice things that we still have to pay for, whether you’re in a house or not

The first time that I saw this model, I thought that it's good there is a place for a washer/dryer combo.
You must have a bathroom sink and a mini-split for that price it's good for one person. $15,000 I will buy it today all cash.

It seems like that at first, both seeing it on film and stepping inside for the 1st time, but after staying in one for 3 days with my husband and 40lb. dog it really felt open. That ceiling height helps soooo much!

No bathroom sink. I would not want to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink, where you wash your dishes, I think is disgusting.

Its stubbed for a sink, just outside the shower, with flooring over top. You'd have to install it yourself or have it done.
These INCREDI-BOX have the plumbing in the wall by the shower . Not everyone wants a sink in the bathroom..I agree I would want a sink. Randy did this to keep the cost down. The same as it doesn't come with a mini spilt. For esthetic purpose I would also want one of these. Just as Randy and others they installed a small air conditioner with a Walmart small heater. (( Heat with a match ,cool with an ice cube, as Randy says)) 😊 Many people in the Grove do this.
@@shirleywhite708 Oh c'mon, don't be disingenuous.99 % of people want a bathroom sink , and most will insist on it. It would be a major, difficult and expensive job to install the sink after the sale. The supply water lines and drains are embedded in the foam floor insulation. The floor would have to taken up, and holes drilled through the joists. It may be necessary to remove the showier or toilet to access the drain line. And the replaced floor will never look as good as the original. The kicker is that with his 25% Lowes contractor's discount and unlicensed plumbers, he could install this sink initially for $200, if even that? The second kicker, the one that disgusts me with Randy and ITH, is that he charges $750 to add the sink as an amenity! That's nothing more than obscene price-gouging, and is the kind of thing that reinforces my belief that Randy and ITH are not to be trusted in any way, shape or form. That "nice guy, helping everybody out , give everybody a break" act that you see on his YT channel, is just that, an act. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. $750 for a $49 sink from Lowes...SMH.
Not sure if you think it's more unsanitary to wash dishes where you brush your teeth or to brush your teeth where you wash dishes but if you're willing to put food in your mouth that is sitting on the dishes that were washed in that sink then brushing your teeth there shouldn't be an issue. Just my opinion, lol

Packages with skirting. But that’s been a long time. I got my skirting done for ITH for what I thought was such a fair price. Skirting changes the look of the house so much and is a must for the winter.
