As someone with a more traditional, rustic lifestyle I can assure you that oily food is all energy to us. You eat one of those sausages with a slice of real bread and you're good for the day with energy to spare. This food you demn unhealthy will give you way more strength than any greens you can find in your modern day supermarkets.
