thank you so so much for making this video. genuinely. i've noticed that a lot of my symptoms that i thought were just from my generalized anxiety disorder are more accurately and helpfully described by obsessive compulsive disorder symptoms, and i'm hoping to get a diagnosis. hearing people talk about their experiences really helps me understand better what i'm experiencing and what to do about it (even though i don't 100% know i have ocd). i imagine because of the moral scrupulosity this video could have been hard to make, so i'm very grateful that you did!!! it's hard to be vulnerable when you fear some kind of negative consequence. you're doing awesome :) keep healing and take care

im not diagnosing myself with ocd or anything but i wouldnt be surprised if that were to correlate with one of the other things wrong with my brain but holy shit i had no idea this was a thing thank you ⁉️

I would like to shake your hand bc everything in this video is so valid and so correct (not the actual OCD, that isn't correct---I'm just saying I relate incredibly to the experiences described if that wasn't clear!) Honestly I'm a huge fan of your content because it makes me feel so much less alone in this world. Thanks for making this

Alright, had to make it about halfway through the video before I had to drop out (it is far to relatable for my mental health atm) but I really hope things get better for your Quin.

This has nothing to do with the video, sorry (and this may be, idk, odd), but I wanted to thank you, cause life has been really shitty lately for me, but I've been listening to your music, and is been really calming for me, so thank you 🙂
