I can’t agree with you. If a writer/ director make a movie ( intellectual property) for a production company or producer, why does he not get royalties when a story rights was given to other language? Why the producers cash the money?
It's Purely based on agreement..If the director made agreement between producer, the story rights not with you means..as per the agreement it's not with producer..
Then producer have the rights to use this as a movie or cinema..
If this story written by book means producer don't have rights..only writter is the owner..
