I love the idea of applying the "good thing, bad thing, who knows?" Response to different circumstances in life. Wonderfull talk!

Good thing or bad thing who knows.. Do not invest the energy in outcomes, pour all youur energy into the process..Your awareness is like a torchlight .Shine it on the mental chatter, observe them and disidentify from it.Feel the gratitude and not just think about it.Some of the nuggets of wisdom from Mr Srikumar Rao. Such a profound and empowering talk..Thank you mindvalley and Srikumar for this beautiful talk...

I have read hundreds of books on optimal living and improvement books and his book "happiness at work" is my favorite book on philosophy or resilience. It's more about life than work so simple, incredible messages and great man behind, thank you professor Rao

Thank you! Very timely. The big take-away for me: invest in the process and not in the outcome.

This is powerful...the example of getting on the top of Mount Everest and spending so little time there was a huge aha moment! The journey is all that matters..and so true..whatever happens, it really is a possibility that it was thee best thing that could have happened..Live in awareness!

As always wise words & guidance from Srikumar Rao, thank u! 🙏🏻 I😊 A shift in your mindset can totally change the way you feel & approach that situation. I have found that learning to quieten or not focus on that internal chatter is not always as easy or straight forward as it sounds though!

Does anyone else find the background noise in this video (perhaps a real time translation?) incredibly distracting? Trying to shine my flashlight but keep seeing the dust bunnies under the counter drawers.
