Best Homemade Pizza Recipe By Lively cooking
for dough
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
2 and half cup flour(275gram)
plus half cup more (50gram)
1 tsp salt
dry milk powder 2 tbs
1tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
for chicken chunks
250g Boneless chicken cut in cube
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic paste or powder
1 tbsp. oil
1tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
for toppings
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp.
Chicken chunks
Mozzarella or pizza cheese 1 cup
Vegetables of your choice
oregano and oil for sprinkle
