ITV News has heard further shocking examples of bullying, and abuse - physical and emotional - at the heart of British gymnastics.
Last night we exposed the alarming mistreatment of young children, and heard some of the lasting effects.
Tonight an eight-year-old girl describes how she was tied to bars and bullied by her coaches at the age of just 7.
She was warned if she told her parents she'd be punished further.
And a former gymnast says she was so humiliated about her weight, it has left her traumatised.
In the past half an hour British Gymnastics has announced it's conducting an independent review into the allegations unearthed in our reports.
