Ive maneged to overcome my problems with retention and i want to tell that at the begining you should set extremely clear goal and act like your life depends on it. After that retention becomes much easier

Unfortunately, I have not experienced any benefits on Mental & confidence level yet. I am not sure on what time it shows up. A very minimal improvement in memory, but the confidence still seems low. I still hestisite to speak anything in office meetings due to worrying about other stakeholders. That has been there since childhood. I hope I can beat that someday.

Man I totally relate to the “knowing a lot of things, but not being able to explain how”.
