Love this book! I’ve been waiting for your review to see what you have to say. 😊 Excellent break down. It really is a simple book in concept, but very impactful if you actually use the method. I have admitted to being a procrastinator, so I need shorter goal dates so I don’t have that long end of the year slump haha. Thanks for making the charts!

One small suggestion for you: There is no noticeable difference in the video while you move one segment to another. Please take few seconds pause. Let people process. Show segment header, so people will be mentally prepared what they are gonna expect from the next segment. Keep up your good work 👏

Do u read psychology or philosophy also?
Philosophy not so much, apart from Ryan Holiday and a little bit of stoicism. But I do hope to get into psychology soon! What would you recommend? 🙏🏻
