    I just wanted to say thank you for this review I have been watching reviews on flashlights for 3 days for a new light and this one really help me make my choice. you showed all the useful things that I was really looking for in a light very detailed in the way this light operates.so I ordered it right after watching this video. I just received it today and so far it's awesome 👌. So thanks again and keep up on putting out videos like this.

    Excellent review! Thanks. Love the fact that you explained stuff like the lock-out mode feature, and demonstrated the light working with other batteries. Great job showing both sets of controls from the click-switch to the ramp up mode, and how to reach turbo or strobe from both. Thanks for a thorough and patient review. Great light!

    I own many lights. If you get one that puts out a WHITE light like mine, IT'S GREAT! It's what I carry. Seems brighter than 3,500 lums on turbo. Understand, lights have a turbo but it's not for long term use as it's nearly a dead short for the btry. Even on 50%, this light shines. You won't realize how far it goes @ first. Since it puts out so much light, a very focused beam is not necc. You'll find a floody light is far more useful. Now that it's 2021, you might explore more cutting edge company's offerings, but this light can be carried (w/ it's small head) , doesn't overheat, can take a 26650 (c cell size btry) & is an all around excellent piece.

    Love Sofie. I have their SP10S in neutral white and their AAA (I forget the name) in warm white running a 10440. Just recently received the SD05, they're probably the best inexpensive flashlight.

    Without lockout mode, would you say this torch would be easy to accidentally turn on in a pocket? Or is it a pretty positive click?

      You just unscrew the tailcap a quarter turn. The safest way to lockout all the higher power lights. Some can start fires. I store mine this way to eliminate any drain.

    Nice light. It seems to be more flood than throw?? If it is a good thrower does it keep a nice tight spot?? Really like the options. I saw a great feature on a keychain rechargeable on light. You unscrew it and the light pops up to expose the charging port. I do like the thick rubber but would be nice if it came with a spare. I like thr ramping option on the light. Getting a good light for just under 50 dollars. Put the 30% discount on and it is mid 30's. Tough to beat.

      This is a great light. It is not a throw light. If you're looking for a tight beam that shoots out like a light saber, this isn't the light for you. But if you want a smallish light that you can pull out of your pocket and light up an entire yard or a path winding through the woods, this is an excellent choice.

    Nice ! But wonder why it’s lumens all the time now growing up it was always measured in candle power... don’t see that much anymore

    He was wrong about the previous version....it was 3000 lumens on turbo....not 2500. That was sp33 v2.

    Big flashlight....is it really 3500 lumens.....next time compare it to an olight

    • @nitrorc4life1
      @nitrorc4life1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is as bright as my equivalent olights

    • @Ironfangzu

      Yes, Chinese lights are infamous for ridiculous lumen claims. Small lights that barely put out 300 lumens will be advertised as putting out 1,500 lumens. But this one is legit. I am kinda a light collector and I have O-lights and Stream-lights as well as many others. The light from this light, on Turbo, is ridiculously bright and compares well with the big brand name lights. On strobe, it is a WEAPON. If someone approaches you at night and you hit him in the face with the strobe mode, you will cause temporarily blindness and disorientation. Almost as good as hitting a guy in the face with mace spray.
