Hi! I've had the game since childhood, and had never really played it until the now. I found that java soft yesterday and am looking forward playing it with my friends (containment and all). So, thank you for this very helpful video!

The only common aspects that might have been handy to add are drawing Hunt tiles when a success is rolled, plus adding them back for Mordor; and how to change a die using an Elven Ring.
What could also be useful to share is the View > Discarded Cards button to view discard piles.

I just tried doing this with windows on my new laptop. I'm lost. Wish a proper digital version of this game would come out. The Java is great but hard to remember for casual players who don't know a jar file from a Java client.
The one question I have is how do we eliminate fellowship companions

I got the Java JAR file to load but the Hamachi video listed here is no longer available. I do not know anything about Hamachi and how to set it up/use it to find a player lfg....can someone point me to a place to learn that or explain how it works here? Thanks! CW

I got to run it well. Is there any bots to play by yourself preferably a free men player ai. Is there are, how do you put them and run them well. Please post any links please.
