Kindly note that for Question Number 1, the faculty has given the correct explanation with respect to the third statement, but while marking the answer, he marked it as Option 'c' - 2 and 3 only, instead of Option - 'b' - 2 only. The correct answer for the question is Option 'b' - 2 only, as statements 1 and 3 are incorrect.

sir...thanking you for this extraordinary analysis , i have a doubt regarding the right to vote is a legal right and not a constitutional one , bcoz legal right is one, if prohibited can go to the court of law and can get back the right ....if am wrong plz do crct me ...waiting for the part 2 of the analysis

Yes. President is the final authority to remove vice-president after the president is addressed by both houses .
