I'm a female lefty, and the easiest way for me to learn was to put the board on my leg (thigh), the curve of the leg gives you that curve to bring the board to your fingers to slam it back down. Then it's muscle memory and trying on a table. Good luck I hope this helped.
Now you just need to teach Macy how to do a switch laser flip to front crook to Fakie flip to hard flip and then hospital flip out 🙌👍
