Hey Greg, your ninja KW research skills are amazing. About aged domains vs new....I can find an EMD/PMD that is brand new vs an aged domain that might have the KW in domain but the domain isn't as optimized as something I can register brand new. Would the aged domain that has say a 25 ish DA still be better than a more exact EMD/PMD where I would build up the backlinks to get it to 25?

Hey Greg, so many are talking about "topical authority" saying you have to address a topic in full across multiple posts to rank any individual pages that you want to rank. In other words, you can't rank for something in a topic until you write "EEAT" content all around the topic. Your thoughts? Is that any kind of real ranking factor?
I think it's bullshit as a mandate. Guys been ranking for years without it.
