Goblet has three parts first is bowl where the drink is contain second is stem to hold the glass and third is foot to keep the glass, where as high ball is a tumbler type glass which has only the bawl which contains the drink with a thick base it does not have stem or foot.

The one you are asking is British measure and called imperial fluid ounce which is approximately 28.41ml. So which ever US/British you are following accordingly you will calculate the capacity. I have used US fluid ounce.
Cocktail glass and Martini glass these two names are used interchangeably. Martini glass is also termed as cocktail glass because not only Martini is served in this glass but other variety of mixed straight up drinks like Vodka tini, Espresso martini etc. So in simple words both are same. 🙂
In 5 star hotels we usually prefer the best brands delivering best quality glassware such as RIEDEL other than this glass must not have scratches or Bubbles it should be very clear, smooth and it should Shine after polishing.
