I wanted to say that I feel sorry for Dan Heng... It's hard to do that, he's a very brave guy because even though he was afraid of what might happen he went to Xianzhou anyway. He could very well have stayed on the Express but he decided to enter a land that he considers cursed simply to save everyone. That's why I respect him and I will pull for his Lunae form (that I loved too much).
He went out because he thinks that we might face Blade (we did meet him but didn't fight) but he ended up carrying the trailblazing adventure for us.
Honestly come to think of it his life’s been hell. His past self committed a horrible crime that he has no memory of, but he’s blamed for it nonetheless. He spent his childhood locked in a jail cell before getting banished.
When I heard this music it literally blew my mind. This is definitely one of my most favourite songs in hsr 😭✨

Edit: I am wrong it's not the Chinese VA, but it's my first time hearing Yusuf and what a great way to listen to him. So glad I'm the type that read spoilers because the song he sang for HI3 is spoilers for players who do want to get invested.

Everything about this one cutscene was just awesome.
The Chinese vocal song, the meaning it has, how it relates to the current point of the story, Dan Heng himself, the splitting and reveal of what was beneath the ocean, Jing Yuan in the final shot of the cutscene.
Everything ties so well that I couldn't help being a little excited.
(I could've gone a big tangent off relating the song and the current point of the story in this cutscene, but I refrain unless someone wants to hear that TED Talk.)

i know the attention is all on dan heng (and rightfully so) but the very last part where jing yuan is just looking into the distance gives me goosebumps everytime. He really is the best leader the luofu couldve asked for, and his strategies are some of the best. Its just so good I love him as a character

丹恒的衣摆背后写着的是中国诗人苏轼的作品《行香子·述怀》的其中一节。在设计中变为了仙舟的文字写在了衣服上："浮名浮利，虚苦劳神；叹隙中驹，石中火，梦中身。"简单来说，名誉就像浮云一样虚幻，为此而辛苦是徒劳的，人生就像梦一样短暂而虚幻。这是为了不断追问"自己是谁"的丹恒人性而加入的设计。
