I updated the firmware by all means successfully always (I have applied these two versions: DS-71_7204HGHI-E1-F1_V3_4_70_160708 and DS-71_7204HGHI-F_ML_STD_V3.4.81_Build170227, but when rebooting the device returns to its original state (the firmware version that has had V3.1.8. Build 150714). Can you help me with this topic? As always, I thank you in advance for the help you can give me.
only work in old firmware, hikvision changed the security in august last year. dvr with v3.4.80 or more have to reset with sadp tool and send file to hikvision support, no have other option, this is e easy way, other option is a change the firmware but is to complicated and you will need a usb-com port tool I not recomend this way is you dont know how to do it,tnponrablehe dvr or nvr can be inoperable.

he means in the second 16:59 the dvr login screen turn into a reset login screen out of nowhere! how did the the login screen in the DVR suddenly becomes a reset password screen?

I connect the dvr on my pc but sadly didn't appear on the sadp tool what should I do in order to appear it?
You connect your dvr through internet on same devices
so it is not just possible to just connect to my laptop with internet connection so how to have it an internet connection?

Contact technical support and give them the nvr serial number along with the start date and they send you a code.

He forgot to say a very important thing: double click in the left corner of the black bar, near the "ok" button, at 15:36
my doesn't give me option to click at the corner and is forget password
