I see those damn nail holes at the bottom of Tiznow's hooves. These horses are retired, they should be barefoot---not wearing shoes at all. The shoes need to be removed (at least on the fronts) when breeding the horse.

Too bad about the slaughter pipeline… They’re too cheap to just put the horses down by a vet when the horses don’t or can’t race well enough.
