I love how Erna's hair still looks so healthy even after dyeing it multiple times while my virgin hair(heck, forget about dyeing, I've never even used something as basic as a hairdryer or other heat tools) is a legit haystack and damaged in every way possible gosh.😂😂😂😭😭😭 You're lucky, girl😌😌✌✌.
Use keratin treatment it helps.
I’m guessing you have curly or wavy hair. Erna has straight hair which reflects light well, thus looking healthy even when styled or dyed multiple times. She also seems to take good care of it. East Asians generally have good hair though even if they dye it in many colours. Wavy or curly hair tend to not reflect light and are more prone to dryness and splitting. Use curly hair/coarse hair treatments and take good care to see results.!

She keeps asking about the pink hair, I'm thinking (like most of us) that she's regretting going dark, it takes a while to get used to it and you have to really WANT to get used to it. I've tried for years to go dark and just can't do it, it changes your personality.
