A Relaxing Sunday - June Vlogs day 16 -

Hello my lovelies, today finds us out for breakfast as it is fathers' day her in the UK. Our youngest daughter wanted to treat her stepdad to breakfast. We had a lovely time with our Bonnie stealing the show!!!!!
Then we were lucky to have more visitors but I forgot to film as we were so busy enjoying the boys, Reuben and Toby.
However, I did have a project overhaul and a chat to keep me in check with all my projects.

Hello Karen, what a lovely treat for you and Mr Jacks to be taken out for breakfast, it all looked delicious. You've lots of projects on the go, I don't know how you keep up! When I used to knit I'd measure the body length from where I wanted it to reach, (hip, bottom etc.) to the beginning of the armhole shaping and for the arms I'd measure from the wrist to the armhole shaping x

That is a cafe we go to once a month to meet up with friends. The last time we went on a Sunday it was so busy but they do good food.

Your breakfasts looked tasty. We went out for brunch with our daughter and son in law, their girls aged 2 & 4 and his parents. I had pancakes with lemon curd and blueberries. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Jenny had booked and it was quite busy by the time we left. I'm not knitting at the moment as my shoulder hurts when I do but I'm really missing it!! It's been 2 months and I''m tempted to try again just for a half an hour or so! I have the Jay WYS sock yarn and can't wait to use it!. Thanks. Jane

Your breakfast looked so good Karen! Did you say your socks were WYS Jay? I thought I had knitted all the bird series but I haven’t done that colourway (I think) I’ll have to check back!

Hi Karen, KnitSipHappy has recently filmed how she adapts knitting patterns to suit her body shape. I have not got round to watching it yet, so cannot comment on it, but may be worth a look? Thanks Dee
