I love how you’ve been assimilated to Canadian culture.
You likely don’t notice it as much as I do.
    The word washroom for instance.
    Loved the video.
Looking forward to part 2 on Wednesday.

Washroom is used in Chicago too, it's not exclusively Canadian.

Absolutely love your videos! I've just booked to fly to Canada in less than four weeks from Heathrow, to travel from Ottawa to Niagara Falls and back to try to see where I'd like to live when I (hopefully) get my IEC next season! Your videos are super helpful and insightful and can't wait to see part 2! xx

The building behind you in Nathan Phillips Square is City Hall. It's been frequently featured in Hollywood movies and on Star Trek TNG. Also next door is Old City Hall.

Great video! Hope you got the chance to visit the harbour.. oh and the famous museum (ROM museum), that’s on my bucket list as I love dinosaurs and I know they have a few rare fossil dinosaur skeletons and it’s the largest museum in Canada! Do you follow Wolters World at all on TH-cam ? He has great videos on each place in the world, just type in wolters world Toronto and he talks about some of the places (some that you have covered)! But his video on Toronto is 6yrs old now - he’s still doing videos and looks so different now!
I love how you asked why it was busy at night too - that’s just the city for you I guess with nearly 3million people living in the city! I noticed you walked past Hudson’s Bay store too - that’s probably worth a mention to fans of Canada, when I went to Vancouver I remember them telling me it’s the oldest and longest surviving company in North America… I loved the stores when I was over there!
Looking forward to the next video!

I love how you two have so much fun together!! It is infectious!! When you entered the St Lawrence Market, you walked past Paddington's, which makes our local Toronto sandwich specialty: hot peameal bacon on a bun. It is an old fashioned bacon butty and SOOOO good!

@@LouiseWareArmstrong It's a big crusty white Kaiser roll loaded with layers of back bacon, served warm. Soooooo good!! Paddington's in the St Lawrence Market has take-out and a little diner style restaurant. Or the Carousel Bakery in Market; both are the best places to get them in the city!

Great video! Before I forget to mention it, but we had a family member who did two college university work experiences in high end hotels in Banff and Whistler and said NEVER use the hotel coffee machine , I won't elaborate. ! I think that Dundas Square is where they do the New Year celebration. They also do one at Niagara Falls as well. Toronto is really a lovely city, can't wait to go there again after the plague, also to see our family there. Our suggestion for a place to go is the waterfront, We had no idea it was there, we did a sail on a pirate ship that was a bit of a laugh!

Just run water (which gets hot) through one time before you make coffee or tea and it should be fine.
