The Plague Doctor maybe also controlled Black Speakerman to disguise as his former non-infected self before turning into a zombie when the POV was vulnerable. During episode 1, when we see the cameraman get infected by the zombie toilet, it somehow didnt manage to see us just a few inches away from the toilet. But jn episode 2, the dual buzzsaw toilet who was probably inside the X18 location (this can be debunked if dual buzzsaw was actually guarding the entrance) managed to detect the group of cameramen outside the base. In episode 3, the plague doctor may have been the one who caused only 1 cameraman zombie to attack the POV while the others attacked the rest, although this is probably false due to the Virus being an AI or the zombies are just stupid. Plague doctor may have caused all the zombie toilets and cameramen in episode 4 to turn around that fast simultaneously, unless its AI stuff.

I think the x 18 main strength is to adapt to your enemy let me explain we remenber that g man arm had 1 mechanic arm and 1 "ranged" arm but now its both mechanic right? So i think the x 18 analyses your enemy and mutates your body to be the most effective way to fight them for example against the scientist is a very strong enemy in ranged combat so having a arm to attack him up close is very effective and having ranged weaponry is also very effective because the scientist is also a danger up close. But the speaker man titan is not a very good fighter up close so attacking him by going to his face is very effective thats just my theory so i might be wrong about it.
