If any one deserves it, on TH-cam, it's our Peter Parfitt. Because, he is one of the Great DIY's any where! Thank you kind Sir. We❤love you. For you have shared your heavenly talents with us; that are a "Cut-Above"; to the "nth" degree!
Fantastic news, Peter. And well deserved. I've always watched your videos right from finding you in search when I wanted to set my planer blades on my Metabo HC260 planer thicknesser. But it's the Parf Guide System that's been a game-changer for me. I'm forever wrecking my MFT tops (deliberately now I can make my own) and I was blown away with the accuracy of your system. I know just about everyone with an 8x4 CNC will be knocking-out replacement tops on Ebay, but my experience has not been good with the first and only one I ordered not being square. Anyway, keep up the good work and I'll look forward to more to come.
Thank you so much. You are right about some CNC solutions and the cause is that woodworking CNCs rarely take account of tool wear and the accuracy for the wood they cut is not usually quite as important as it would be for a tracksaw cutting station or MFT3 top. Cheers. Peter
Congratulations, Peter, on your well-deserved success as a brilliant TH-cam educator. I've been following you for many years and will continue to do so indefinitely, both for the excellent content and for your self-deprecating delivery. I always feel like I'm listening to my friendly (and smart) next-door neighbor. BTW: I was an early adopter of the Parf Guide system and love it to this day.
Congratulations, that’s a well deserved achievement 🎉

Massive congratulations Peter 🎉 great achievement and very well deserved for fantastic videos 🙂. I'm beginning to see more and more the benefits of the parf guide system and hoping to add it to my workshop in the very near future.
I love watching both Peters and your channel Tommy, I love your big panel saw but I could relate more if you used the parf system in your videos as it is more likely for me to have over a panel saw.
Congratulations Peter, well deserved! Your woodworking videos are my top favourite on YT. It’s surprising that the Kärcher videos did so well! It’s just a pressure washer😅 - Well it’s a thing that most households would want to look into and buy.. so the statistics for that is well above woodworking.
Peter, congratulations on 80,000+ subscribers👍. Quite a milestone. Truly enjoy your videos and I learn a lot. Keep on doing what you’ve been doing! Love the Parf guide!
Congratulations Peter! I enjoy all of your videos. Also, I purchased your Parf Guide System and have made many MFT tops for friends. Fantastic innovation!
Congratulations Peter. It is well deserved! I’m amazed that you don’t have 10 times that amount of subscribers. And if any one is curious about Peters book “Stone Message”, it is definitely worth a read!
Well done Peter. 👍🏻👏🏻 thank you for helping over the years to choose the Festool tools I own. I love the story about your dad’s square. 😂 You should open a ‘The Parf School for English woodworking.’ 👍🏻
Thank YOU, Peter! I'm newish having just started watching a few weeks ago, but I received my Parf Guide system a few days ago and will be making my 1st top today. Wahoo!
Hi Paul, Well done - do take care to ensure that every time you put a 3 mm pin in a ruler or a 3 mm drill guide onto the ruler that the 6 mm boss on the pin or drill guide is correctly engaged in the 6 mm hole in the ruler. In almost every case when someone writes to me or to Axminster that is the cause of an error. Cheers. Peter
Peter, Congratulations on this achievement. Can’t wait to celebrate when you reach the silver plaque milestone of 100,000 subscribers. Your videos are spot on with your teaching.
Well done Peter and may I say…..very well deserved. Personally, I consider you to be one of the best presenters on TH-cam, and it seems many others do too. Notwithstanding your presentations work, your depth of knowledge and subsequent joinery skills are outstanding. Hopefully, we shall enjoy your channel for many years to come. Len (Devon🇬🇧).
Well done Peter - thoroughly deserved. Thank you for all your videos, the delivery is spot-on! Having made my first MFT with the Parf guide system recently, I can wholeheartedly recommend it - I’m sure your Dad would have been very impressed with it and the King’s award. 👍
Brilliant! Sending my son out to the shed with a dodgy square immediately. Just finished making a new MFT top with your fantastic Parf Guide and can say your award is well deserved. Keep up the good work 👍
You bring the same care and attention to your website and videos as you do with your woodworking and invention. As my father once told me, "You know George, you're alright". Well Peter, you're alright!
You are ‘Peter Perfect’, when it comes to passing on your knowledge and understanding, of any subject. If you were to bake cakes we would tune in to your video! Fantastic and well deserved, both your innovative and brilliant guide system award and 80k subs👏 Thanks for all you do for us in DIY land👏
Congratulations Peter, I've been following you now for many years and have put to use dozens of your tips and tricks. Not surprised that you have so many of us following you, surprised that there aren't more of us. Keep up the amazing work. Kind regards Rob
Congratulations Peter! Well deserved! I feel sorry for those woodworkers that have yet to discover you and your wonderful videos. I have rewatched the Festool ones each time I go use them to avoid simple mistakes setting them up. Also, thanks for you story about your Dad and the square. My Dad used to scold me about getting finish colors wrong. It wasn’t until I joined the Navy I discovered I’m color blind.
Congratulations Peter, I only watch a few woodworking people on TH-cam and your teaching methods are top of class with Tommy from eireworkshop a close second. Keep up the great work 👍.
Congratulations. I’m late to the game coming in only a couple of years ago. I’ve really enjoyed your content as well as my very own PGS Mark II. Thanks Peter!
Congratulations Peter I have really appreciated the work you put in and professionalism of your videos. I especially appreciate the Parf inventions that you brought to market and I think I have most of them. Thanks for responding to the questions I have raised over the years. I hope you keep going with your channel for many more years to come
They are super deserved, or rather few, because in addition to being an excellent master of woodworking and an expert in equipment you are also an exquisite person...
Well done you deserve it all. great videos. The cutting station and parf guide vid have had all them views because I keep watching and keep thinking one day I'll get Parf guide for my Birthday But my mrs can't get the hint lol
Hi Peter and well done on reaching 80000 subscribers and I am happy to be one of them. Not every one is woodwork I enjoyed the battery chain saw , the Karcher jet wash, and one from years ago when you were re roofing a garden shed with onduline sheeting. As always I enjoy all your videos, once again Well done you deserve it Take care
Peter, every accolade and award that you have received is well deserved. Thank you for sharing so much of your time and talents with us. I wish only the best of health for you and your family.
Well done Peter, we have learnt lots from your videos, super craftsman.... just to let you know, you have cost me a fortune buying tools.... 😅 seriously, thank you.
Congratulations Peter! There's a reason for the impressive number of subscribers and views: videos with useful and interesting content presented with enthusiasm, knowledge and a great deal of charm. What's not to like?
Hi Peter, sorry going off topic. I’ve noticed you have the Leigh fmt and also the feetool domino. I have recently purchased a Leigh fmt pro and made my first kitchen using it, I love the speed and accuracy. However I’ve now realized how capable the domino is after wrongly thinking it wasn’t really a tool for fine carpentry. In your opinion what’s the best choice for making framed kitchens and rail and stile doors. The fmt or the domino. Normal stock is 30x30, 30x40 plus either 1 or 2 x 10mm beading for the frame and 30x100 for the doors Thank you billy
Hi Billy, I do not have the Leigh FMT. The domino is a brilliant machine and I would use mine to make kitchen cabinets. However, you might also like to think about the Lamello - is=t is expensive but is used a huge amount for carcass/cabinet construction. Peter
Many Congratulations Peter - so well deserved! 🙌👏👏👏👏 Here’s to many more great videos on woodworking but everything else as well - I always find them interesting & very helpful / useful - M Thx
Absolutely brilliant Peter - well done - I wait for each and every one of your videos and no matter what he subject watch them them all, love this one especially the bit about your Dad's square - I remember with fondness my Dad teaching me the fine art of accurate cuts many years ago - still can't achieve them by hand but the Parf system tracks cutting station and Festoll saw make up for that - purchased the Festool saw and the Parf system after talking with via email so thank you and again terrific work just love the videos and thank you for sharing them and a little insight to your world.
Hi David, We are both very lucky to have had dads around to help us. I am always mindful of those less fortunate who have to learn such things alone or, now thank goodness, from social media. Cheers. Peter
Well deserved Peter. I’ve been following you for awhile and have found your videos to be informative and entertaining. BUT, you have seduced me to put my hand in my pocket and enter the world of Festool !! Many thanks and looking forward to many more entertaining videos.
Congratulation, I am happy to be a new subscriber after finding your channel. I can not seem to find the video which you were offering the plans for your new design and how to get a copy. Thank you as I would appriciate that.
All my plans are available free of charge but in order to get plans I need your email address. To find my email address go to my main TH-cam page, click the "About" tab and that leads to my email address. I am told this has to be done on a PC. Please state which plans you need in your email. Peter
Congratulations! How do we get plans? I want to build the PARF stick box to protect my rulers, and parts. Doesn't come up when I searched Axminster, and I can't find your email to send a request to. Cheers.
