- In this adventure we explore a little bit of Mirror Lake State Park. It is a very pretty area, and snow fell overnight with a 4 degree windchill. Between hikes we stop to cook up really tasty lunch. Hope to see you in the comments!

My favorite while camping was Kraft Mac and Cheese with a Can of Chili. Chili Mac. Just mix in chili after mac is mixed. Heat it up. Awesome.

Bruther, couple three things here. Now, you may be way ahead of me but, have you considered doing more cooking segments? I really enjoyed that. When I go camping I always like to really do some cooking. Now, I know it's just you but you could easily do a small Dutch oven stew, some kind of roast if you have the right fire pit/ring. I mean, if you get there early enough, start supper, have it smoking and cooking in the background as you set up. Tell you what, look in to the omelette in a bag. Would be perfect and is dang good and you could make those in the truck. I make these every morning when we camp, always good. Camping and cooking go together like beer bottles and road signs. I'm going backwoods tent camping this weekend,maybe I'll whip some up and let you know about it.

If you're going to mostly camp at places with access to electricity you need to invest in an electric blanket. You'll be very happy, but a REAL electric blanket, not one of the 12v versions.
Thanks for the comment! I do have an electric blanket, however I do want to get the truck set up so that I dont have to stay at electric sites, that will open up many more camping locations as options. Got a few things in the works right now! Thanks again!
