I’ve been fighting ill health for over 8 yrs now. I’ve slowly watched my body become weak and frail. I’m only 45. I used to be an incredible athlete and then my thyroid started to plummet, my adrenals started to plummet, most of my hormones started to decrease. Nobody knows why. Not one Dr or specialist knows why? I’ve spent close to 100k in all sorts of different treatments. Some have helped minimally but most were a waste of time & money. My body is in a protective state. It’s trying to keep me safe. Today….tomororw….and the days that follow……I will remind my body I’m safe. It’s time to come back to good health. It’s time to live. I’m a changed person. I feel more, empathize more, I cherish the times I have peace. I’m looking forward to more “peace.” This music is beautiful. With love from a some guy in NJ looking for a miracle. First I'm very sorry for the grieving whatever it may be. I tend to lean on the ones for Self Love and the newest one that has the ocean waves in the background, the purple one. I would also say depends on how your feeling at the moment thru the grieving process. Hugs to you!
