25:25 she looks familiar because her design is almost identical to the Bookhunter from Library of Ruina's bad ending where Angela kills Roland before being slain by an unnamed Fixer (blue hair, twin bangs, big coat, big katana that her hand is always resting on) so people have been theorizing that the Bookhunter and Bari/the Knight of the White Moon are the same person
It's the same weapons, exactly. It's her. PM most likely had her design for a while (in fact, she was in LoR beta(?) videos) and just found a really good place to put her in, in Canto 7
8 HOURS OF FOREMAN?! ON THIS DAY? ON THIS HOUR?? LOCALIZED ENTIRELY WITHIN THE PERIOD OF NEW YEARS??? MANAGER ESQUIRE, HOW COULDST THOU BE SO GENEROUS?!?! You have my deepest gratitude, Foreman. I look forward to committing the rest of this New Years enjoying the remainder of this Canto with you.
also, 2:37:30, the mass of roses covering Don's fathoms and corroding the bloodfiends/Camille is NOT Rose Hunter's EGO, its the EGO of Four-hundred Roses, a Mirror Dungeon abnormality encounter, the source of Don and Meursalt's Yearning-Mircalla EGO from the Season Pass and 100% is going to be the final boss, or at least A boss, in the upcoming Refraction Railway 5; you can tell them apart because Rose Hunter's roses are just normal roses while Four-hundred Roses' roses are glowing, made of crystallized blood and constantly leaking blood
I really like that you take time to talk and think about the themes and such. Project Moon fans have a reputation of not reading for a reason, and it's nice to see someone who really cares about what's being said
3:11:45 don't know if you recall in p66 2/2, but earlier in the canto when faust was expositing to dante about the warp train incident, she mentions it suppresses everything bloodfiend-wise *but* the desire
will note that i love seeing your thoughts on lore and theme alike develop naturally :> -- just since it was explicitly said earlier, it's a relatively niche detail, and it'll give the development more fuel
2:39:42 Carmilla: Turn start a random enemy unit takes fixed damage equal to 5% of their max hp. All the rose corroded enemies have this passive and yes the damage can stagger.
2:37:21 it's pretty clear from passives and season ego that everyone is being corroded by Carmilla or as the abno is called Four Hundred Roses (It will probably be this refraction railway's boss considering we don't meet Four Hundred Roses in this dungeon)
32:42 Nah, it's not, during the meeting with the Hana Association at the beginning of this Canto, they said that the blood bricks of La Manchaland dates back 200 years ago
WTF I THOUGHT YOU WERE ON LIKE A HOLIDAY BREAK OR SOMETHING AND WEREN'T GONNA BE BACK TILL NEW YEARS PASSED?!?!?!??!? I seriously missed your stuff welcome back
32:30 sorry, but no, the amusement park itself is 200ish years old (as told at the very start of this chapter), so this dialogue was more than 200 years ago
2:09:34 the problem here, you see is that theres a checkpoint before every boss fight in this dungeon. A checkpoint that resets all your sinners sp back to zero.
Now that we have total clarity in regards to "Don Quixote's" past, I have to ask, how do her mirror worlds work? Is it just based on whoever gets to wherever she's locked away first? Do those Don Quixote look into the river of prophecy and see whatever their futures in those lives may be? "I see me, in a... fluffy costume, with sharp teeth, and ram horns? Destroying machines with a... ball of fluff and fangs-on a pole."
well if we're going by the many worlds interpretation and applying it to the mirror worlds. each one is just a different outcome from a set of choices that specific Don has made in that mirror world, and the mirror world that we are playing in, the base IDs, this Don met Dante and has made followed the choices that led him to Dante, while the other ones simply did not meet Dante and went off the path that led her to Dante
@sintax69 Yes, but the issue with that is Don Quixote is evidently not one to simply make such choices. For Ishmael and Heathcliff for example, they can go anywhere after their departures from what made them who they are. Don Quixote, however, is stagnant, and her choice to leave is directly caused by Vergilius personally recruiting her. I'm not even sure if she *can* leave of her own free will, considering that Vergilius had to break through the barrier that Sancho seems to have set up at her door.
@@vadandrumist1670 a myriad of conditions and events can change one's fate, ever heard of the butterfly effect? one slight change can change the entirety of events that come after in the past. everything doesn't have to be Don's decisions, who knows maybe the place she was at got compromised and she was able to leave early, maybe when Verg finds her instead of accepting the offer she refuses and runs away, or with the new Don ID she didn't leave at all and stayed behind to take part in what happened to La Mancha Land now. that's why we seemingly need a guide to point us at the right direction in order to achieve these chain of events that somehow benefit Limbus Company
@sintax69 The extreme differences are what Walpurgis is supposed to cover, that's the excuse they gave anyways. The problem with the second "maybe" is that just because a choice is possible doesn't mean it would ever realistically happen. For example, it is possible at any moment in my life past infancy for myself to sell my possessions for the sole purposes of purchasing as many bananas as possible, but I'm never going to actually do that no matter how wacky the multiverse gets. The problem with the first "maybe" is that my point that it was not Don Quixote's choice still stands, and also that that is unreasonable speculation due to its vagueness. Compromised early *how?* You would think if that was the jumping off point for other Don Quixote it would be for ours as well since it wouldn't make a difference the same way similar scenarios don't for the other sinners. And the Sancho is disprovable simply by the fact that the other IDs are still referred to as "Don Quixote," still have either her idealistic personality or how it was affected, and most importantly still wear Roccinante.

LOL You really wanted to finish Canto 7 before the new year like you said haha (Well, it's still 2024 where I am anyways). I had a laugh when you said that before as I didn't think it was going to happen unless you made some really long parts and...well that's exactly what you ended up doing haha XD Thanks for these gloriously long Limbus parts Foreman, hope you have a happy New Year!
I will reply to elaborate a bit on the particulars on how the passive interacts with stagger I guess, the passive takes hp at the beginning of the turn and as established for ages you are staggered for the turn you get staggered and the turn after so the passive is extra annoying because it goes new turn start -> damage is inflicted that drops you below stagger threshold and staggers -> you get to your action choices and the staggered character is out for both that turn and next turn. Granted we have been able abuse the same thing with the EGO gift in the mirror dungeon for a while with the turn 1 staggers from it we just now notice how bullshit it is turned against us and it is more annoying because they deal flat % damage every turn so a chance for it every turn not just turn 1.
Happy New Year, Foreman! May this be a great year for everyone :D Also this is quite the Christmas gift, we went from trying to keep things short to 4 hours! I will devour it harder than a starved Bloodfiend! Hopefully it wasn't very taxing lol
I think the only reason our Sancho here hasn't had blood problems is because she was essentially hibernating for 200+ years, and then when she joined us she's basically soaking in blood every fight. Not to mention that time she ate raw chicken or her entire Meat Lantern Identity...
@@LandBoundFish She was probably plenty "fufilled" just maintaining Don Sr.'s dream, given the act of blooddrinking is more emotionally satiating than physically. She was still definitely feeling the effects though, and absolutely ate people beforehand.
I really can't wait to see more of Xichun next Canto. She's my favorite character from this Canto. I'm praying the ProjectMoon Side Character Death Curse spares her like Saude.
I think the craziest thing PM could do with the systems in Limbus Company is actually kill off one of the Sinners, because we dont think it can happen so it would take many by surprise. It would take a lot of work, because they'd have to introduce a 13th Sinner to take the place of the dead sinner, and they would have to give all of the Egos and IDs that the dead Sinner had to the 13th Sinner, or at least versions of them that function the exact same way. This way the 13th Sinner is the same "unit" as the dead sinner stat-wise, but they aren't the same character.
"Foremen hasn't uploaded in a while, must be taking a break for the holidays" (Foremen releases 2 3 and a half hour videos) "oh"
The fucking jumpscare I got when I saw a video so late, it was 3 hours long, AND THERE IS ANOTHER?????? Yeah that was a big shock.
25:25 she looks familiar because her design is almost identical to the Bookhunter from Library of Ruina's bad ending where Angela kills Roland before being slain by an unnamed Fixer (blue hair, twin bangs, big coat, big katana that her hand is always resting on)

It would be funny if Bari's design is based on Bongbong.

Base EGOs in general are pretty interesting. Hong Lu, for example, looks extremely sad in his, even though it isn't noticable at first glance.

To be fair, these vids *were* uploaded after New Years in England :P
2:41:23 indeed and you'll only get uses out of it 1 or 2 times now since the majority of the fights left are focused encounters now.
3:01:58 yes! I was thinking about that too having a dream so you can live on

Bari is quite cool
My favorite character in Canto 7 :)
THIS IS THE GREATEST NEW YEARS GIFT, LETS GOOOOO
2:33:57 Because of Carmilla Passive

Congrats to 1 year of Limbus xD
Jesus christ. Just when I thought my brain gonna let me sleep

Happy new year!!
Not the rose hunter it is Yearning-Mircalla who has corroded the bloodfeinds,Pamila and Camille
