    Very detailed video! Made removal easy without breaking any hidden clips etc. TY! Love the exhaust, sounds perfect!

    Pro Tip for anyone watching this: After a long day, you dont need to remove that panel in the center over the radiator for removing the bumper or the headlights. You can just remove the clips at the front and the 2 front bolts.

    Very helpful! I did mine last night. I didn't even realize how much money I was saving until I watched the video. I just ran out of time to take it somewhere before leaving for vacation. U r saving lots of people lots of $! Suggestion for improvement would be a tool list in the comments to gather them up front b4 starting.

    I cannot believe how many steps are involved in this. Unbelievable. Nothing I’ve ever seen, (as far as replacing a headlight), has ever been this difficult.

      I know, I couldn't believe it earlier. It can be such a pain.

    You just pop out the sides from the bumper? Isn't it connected with 2 Philips screws?

  • @johnmoore3504
    @johnmoore3504 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    Helpful video but not 100% accurate. Radiator shroud doesn’t need to come off. Just those front push pin style clips. Also to remove the sides there is another 10mm hiding in the front wheel well. Pull the splash guard down slightly, you’ll see a little notch to get a pry tool in there. The bolt is right behind that notch, it keeps the bumper aligned to the fender at the very edge. The bolt comes out straight down. If you have the fog lights in the bumper you need to unclip the wires connected to them too. The wires are pretty thin so be careful.

    Hey this would be the same for the Q60s right ?

    • @ExpremeG37
      @ExpremeG37  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      OMG! Im so sorry for the late response! So in 2014 they re-branded the G37 to Q60. The 2014 is exactly the same as the 2013, just a new name. So yes, kinda. I have yet to get my hands on a Q60 but I would assume it's a very similar process.

    • @aguilarsixto9
      @aguilarsixto9 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Expreme G37 it’s okay man ! And ah okay just making sure cause I have the 2015 Q60s but still basically the same as the g37

    Did you have to take all the wires off the back before placing in oven ??

    • @ExpremeG37
      @ExpremeG37  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did not take the wires off of the back, though I would recommend removing them just to be super safe. But as long as you check on the headlight, you should be fine!

    Looked so easy but I got discouraged at the glue lol that’s so weird

    • @ExpremeG37
      @ExpremeG37  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ah I see. The glue is definitely the hardest and most important part of the whole process. You can peel them apart and customize them all you want but if they aren't re-sealed properly, you're going to have a bad day haha.
