    I'm 42, ang tagal tagal ko na nagluluto ng Crispy Pata sa bahay. Pero alam ko palaging may mali at kulang in some way na hindi ko ma pinpoint. Dito lang sa video nyo nakita ko lahat ng gusto kong malaman. Maraming salamat!

    Madam question po, pagkagaling po ba ng chiller derecho fry na po ba o ibalik muna sa room temperature ang pata bago po i fry?
