I'm a 41 year old good ol' boy lifelong Texan. For the past 20 years I've been playing guitar and occasionally writing songs. This is flat out one of the best songs I've heard in a long time. the one that hooked me was Drinking Days
A couple years ago a childhood friend of mine lost his life while on the job. This song and story always makes me think of him.
