It's a bit unfair how the audience and guests only saw this performance as a comedic parody and laughed it out without recognizing how ridiculously clean and fluid his execution is??? Yo as a dancer I have tried this dance before, and it is not an easy choreography to master individually, let alone synchronizing with other people with zero rehearsals - and at that age too, damn. Kudos to this dude 100%!
As a korean i would say the laughter is just from the entertainment wether its his talent or the comedic vibe or maybe both. They are just entertained by watching his dance, no harm.

Bold makeup can look really good if the makeup artist know how to do it correctly.
I don't know if it camera editing magic but that dude was just on point all the time.. how the heck he could copy all of the movement down to the smallest detail. He must have put a lot of effort on it.
