@fastn Lord thank you. i'm learning to use my voice and speak my opinions and not fear criticism for the first time in my life. that is my recovery. i am SO imperfect and awkward and this is a baby step for me. i'm learning to control myself better by speaking rather than being afraid... no matter how imperfect, by learning to manage my reactions to criticism. so i thank you for your words, which i take the many beautiful gems within and leave the rest. and i will continue to learn how to speak, so long as it's not inciting darkness or harm. xoxo
@fastn Lord When I first got into kundalini yoga 25 years ago I had a tape, yes, before cds and it was this that you quoted and it was played to a guitar and it entranced me and I would sing with the tape for an hour and then rewind the tape and start it again. I cannot remember the artist's name. Do you by any chance know that version and who the artist was? I know it's a long shot, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I offer this...try to change your mind about it and "TRY" (this takes practice) to accept it as a ying to a yang... then it is neutralized-place love on the snare.
