I love your videos. You're great examples of Christian living. Great! I appreciate that so much. So wonderful to see you enjoying Winston so much (and him enjoying YOU!). Our li'l Chihuahua, Cupcake, passed away 2022 summer and we thought we'd never get past it but God got us through of course. We got our li'l Crickett and she is livin' the good life here on the farm with us. God bless you.
Thanks for sharing, I love watching you cook on the blackstone. I’m going to try a new way to make s’mores….take 2 fudge stripes cookies and roast your marshmallow and put it between the cookies.
Thanks for taking me lone with Ya'll have Bless Week 🙌 Mike you did great job on supper we went to Peddlers it was good but you cant go there every time.
While I'm commenting, if I may ask for prayers for my daughter Sabrina. She's having a lot of medical issues right now. We are on a mission to get a diagnosis and the correct treatment for what we think is a very rare disease. We appreciate your prayers.
I will need to let my son know about this campground, he has a 5th wheel that he and his family use almost every weekend in the summer. I loved seeing Winston doing his zoomies in the park. I love how he has a bounce in his step when he walks. He is very cute.
Awww, “puppyhood”! Getting through that stage of chewing and wanting to eat everything can be exhausting for a momma! 🤪 Very nice looking campground. We knew that one was there, but never drove down to check it out. Sometimes getting in and out of some campgrounds with our fifth wheel can be challenging, so we usually stick with the ones we know👍🏼 Another great video😊 Blessings🙏
Very nice, to open for us. Like more woodsy atmosphere , like in The National Park, just saying. Steak-ums would work good on the Blackstone. Beautiful rain will bring Beautiful fall colors. Can't wait! Happy Camping 😊
Nice video! My favorite place to eat in Gatlinburg is “The Burg” Steakhouse! We get their lunch special. My favorite snack/treat is a scoop of ice cream from Mayfield Ice Cream shop.
I think it always raining on you guys! It’s always fun to see what you’re cooking and is there a story behind the cheers thing? Just wondering 😄love your videos! I feel like your my neighbors now😁
Mike and Karen that's a beautiful campground I recall driving by it last time we were down its so pretty sitting down in the valley and I gotta agree with Karen Fannie Farkels is hard to beat for a midday snack. We haven't tried the peddler yet I know we love Crocketts for breakfast. We're hoping to be down late summer. Stay Safe guys we really enjoy your videos.👍🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
Hey Mike, Thank you to you and Karen for another great video. What was the name of the role of blue paper towels that you referred to in your video, when you clean your Blackstone thank you in advance from your friends in Englewood, Ohio (Close to your old stomping grounds.) God bless you and the family..!
Winston with his voomies was so cute. Hopefully we get to see Karen in some of her cute summer outfits she bought soon, if it ever warms up. lol. We all knew Karen would pick a Cinnabon Cinnimon roll.
Just discovered your channel and am liking the content. I've camped at Twin Creek RV resort several years ago. We also had a sight on the creek. The owners have a policy that no RVs older than 10 years are allowed to camp there. Is that still the policy? One other question. I notice you have an adhesive strip on your hand in other videos. Did you cut yourself with the birthday knife? I also purchase knives now and then and have been cut through carelessness. Hope you are okay. Keep the great content coming.
We have the same year and the same model as yours. Did you have an awning recall? Were you able to get it done? We are still waiting for parts so they can do it. They have our zip tide shut so it doesn't open when we drive.
@@FridaysForeverI think now we've had all the other problems fixed. We'd like it better if we'd get to use the awning. It's hard when you're camping to get up there and remove the zip ties. We're from New York state. We travel down to see our granddaughter graduate in Tennessee. We went down through Alabama to Florida. And then came home. And my husband really enjoys driving it.
Looks like a wonderful campground. I was curious about something Have you all ever had any negative or scary experiences camping? I’ve heard stories from other campers but never any from you all ? I just wonder how frequent that happens.. lol Karen you are entitled to buy something once in a while…
I'm super disappointed in that area (Gat. P.F.). I feel like the businesses have become totally about wrangling every last cent of money out of people, when 20 years ago it seemed like a place that ordinary/poor people could go and afford a vacation. I had a local recently tell me it was the greediest place on earth taking advantage of poor people in Appalachia, who are the ones that mostly visit there. I concur. The campgrounds have become stupid expensive. Clabaugh's Campground is an example. Before covid, it was 35-40 bucks in the summer and winter, now it's 65-75 per night. I know things have gotten more expensive, but not that much. I stayed at a campground called Mill Creek 30 days last summer. I went back in April and arrived 45 minutes early to a nearly empty campground (it's not a nice place) and they wouldn't even let me park in my spot, even though it was empty. I spent nearly $1,500 in one stay while we hiked in the area, and they didn't show the hospitality to even let me park. I even offered not to plug in. They told me to go to Cracker Barrell. On weekends, it's difficult to even find a place to eat that you can get into and the service sucks everywhere. I have made my last trip to that area; now I go to less touristy places in the region to hike and enjoy nature. I used to spend 20-25 days a year there. Anyway, have fun! You make good videos!
I agree with you about that area, all it is now is a money pit for people that shop, eat and ride the strip. Next time I go camping I will go to a place where I can set up my tent out in the woods near a stream, camp, fish and enjoy peace and nature. Cook over a fire and sip on a few cold ones and not have to worry about where the local Walmart is or if my cell phone works. I'm 63 years old and I know there are places out there like this. By the way, I'm not scared of the dark or to be alone. To be in a campground full of people all day and night is not camping for me.
@@Phillip-yy4fr Try Elkmont, Cades Cove, etc. in that area, but stay out of the cesspool! My comment is not to take a shot at these two people; they seem like they are great humans.

Those steak sandwiches look great, did you give winston a bite of that steak?
They are so good! Not yet but we bet he will sneak and get some soon.
Does the 5-second rule come into play with a flaming marshmallow in the gravels

We were there in 2009.
Thanks for sharing!
I like camping
The best!
What time of year was this. The campground looked empty. I’m going to try the Philly Cheese steak on our next trip. They look delicious.
Where did you get your blue towels?
Walmart

When were you there? Lots of empty sites.
This was Fri & Sat night couple of weeks ago.
I love folded chips. The chip companies should start selling only folded ships in their own bags
That sounds like an amazing trip! We sent you an email, take a look.

We get them at Walmart....not sure about the brand name.
